In September,2014,Premier Li addressed the international audience at the Davos Forum on the importance of public entrepreneurship and mass innovations. That is because entrepreneurial activities can not only promote economy but also provide new posts for a large workforce. This proves that entrepreneurship plays a decisive roll in propelling a country's economy and social progress. Therefore, now it is quite necessary to begin offering comprehensive courses in entrepreneurship to college or university students. In doing so,colleges or universities will be able to promote their students' entrepreneurial abilities and prop up their subsequent comprehensive entrepreneurial activities with the campus education platforms for entrepreneurship.Yet,the study on entrepreneurship education in professional colleges was carried out in a considerably backward way in the past,so herein much vacancy is left for the present research. As entrepreneurship education has gradually become the hot point in the overall education of innovation and entrepreneurship in professional colleges,a research into the influencing mechanism in the students' obtained entrepreneurial knowledge and their future entrepreneurial actions will provide empirical data and theoretical references to the concerning colleges that are carrying out entrepreneurship and innovation education. These data and theoretical references will,of course, pertinently guide the professional college students in their future innovative and entrepreneurialpractice. This thesis is based on the planning behavior theory, the ternary interaction theory, some now-existing research literature and a summary of some predecessors' research results. Also on the bases of the research contents, the research issues to be studied in this thesis, and the questionnaire survey feedbacks from 438 professional college students, the author uses the intermediary effect method to systematically test and verify the credibility and validity of the four scales in relation to entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial intentions, entrepreneurial actions and entrepreneurial abilities. The author then demonstrates the influencing mechanism of entrepreneurship education exerted upon entrepreneurial actions. Finally, the thesis comes to the following research conclusions:1.While entrepreneurship education in professional colleges positively influences their students' entrepreneurial actions, the students' individualentrepreneurship education is also positively influenced.2.Entrepreneurship education in professional colleges obviously influences entrepreneurial intentions in a positively effective way, which are portions of intermediary variables between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurialactions.3.Entrepreneurial abilities play an intermediary roll in entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial actions, but this roll is considerably weak. And in a sample based on work experiences,as entrepreneurial abilities are portions of intermediary variables between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial actions, their intermediary effects areobvious. The research conclusions above therefore are of great significance because of the following three factors:1.The research conducted in this thesis can be easily carried out in professional colleges on one hand, and on the other, entrepreneurship education is important for professional college students who want to promote their innovativeactions.2.Professional colleges should combine their entrepreneurship education with the students' individual entrepreneurship education cases, and the students should also think of how to combine their own cases with the colleges' overall entrepreneurshipeducation, for only in this way,can the individual students' active participation in entrepreneurship education berealized.3.Professional college education should be a combination of various subjects for the students. This may help the students well develop in intersectedsubjects.
