| Teacher’s child evaluation behavior in kindergarten is the base of the re-development of pre-school eduacational work,which is concerned widly and has been the heated research in accdemic circles recently.A great number of experts and sholars have researched the relatived feild in different views and aspects,as well as remarkable results have been obtaind.While the research on teacher’s evaluation in construction area is quite little.Construction area activity is an important activity for children and which is also the regular occasion of teachers’ child evaluation.This study procceds in the construction area to know the current situation of teacher’s child evaluation behavior in construction area activity.In addition,to analyze what’s the problem of teacher’s child evaluation in construction area as well as the reasons that conduct this problm.The last is to discuss how to improve the level of teacher’s child evaluation.This study takes the teachers and children in middle classes of kindergarten in Xining as the research objects,and mainly use observation and interview methods to proceed the research on the behavior of teahers’ child evaluation in construction area from four demensions:evaluation type,evaluation content,the approach and nature of evaluation,and the situation of emotional input while evaluating.By analyzing the information and figure obtained,some problems exist in teachers’ child evaluation behavior and which need to be ameliorated.Besides the deviation of the teachers’ child evaluation type,the inaccuracy of the evaluation content,the unreasonability of evaluation method,the inadequate emotion in teachers’ evaluation and teachers’ view is too one-sided in evaluating consist into the major problmes in evaluating.According to the problems which founded via observation and interview,two terms of reasons are dissected thoroughly,which are the subjective aspects about teachers and the objective orientations about kindergarten or other conditions.Teahcers’ point of children,the literacy of teachers’ evaluation and the comptence of observation and introspection are the subjective reasons which exert an important influence on teachers’ child evaluation behavior;Whereas the characters of work in kindergarten,the teacher-children ratios in each class as well as kindergartens ingnore the teachers’ child evaluation are the objective reasons which affect the behavior of teachers’ child evaluation in construction area.Some suggestions are provided depends on the referential reasons.Teachers should set up the correct point of children,transform the concept of evaluation,enrich improve the evaluation skill and enhence the comptence of introspection.Kindergartens should arrange teachers’ routine work moderately,attach great importance to the development of teachers’ evaluation behavior and,which is necessary,provide some related training support. |
