| Based on the background of the“outline”and“guide”,the researcher studies the current situation of the design and guidance of teachers in the construction area of the middle class children and focuses on the issues on how to design and how to get involved in the activity of the construction area.Questionnaire survey,interview and observation are the main methods.The study selected 256(available data 240)teachers from kindergartens in Lunan and Lubei district of Tangshan city as the research object.Through concluding of the observation and interview information and analyzing the statistics of the questionnaire,we try to find some problems of the current situation of teachers’ design activities and the guidance behavior of children’s construction game,and to reveal and analyze the causes and influencing factors of its problems,and to put forward some corresponding suggestions on the basis of analyzing the data.Through the survey,the study finds that the main problems in the design and guidance of construction area activities in kindergarten are: the teaching and research of regional teaching is weak;the exchange in teachers,classes,kindergartens are less;the size of classes is too large;the space is scrimpy;the number of materials is few and so on.On the aspect of preschool teachers,there is not enough understanding of the activities in the construction area;the planning and goal of the activities in the construction area is not strong;the placing and use of activities materials in the construction area cannot arouse children’s subjectivity;the determination method of the construction area theme is not reasonable;the teachers’ intervention time is not accurate;the participation and the inspection is poor;the teachers’ observation is not deep enough;the recording mode is not dynamic;the teachers’ evaluation does not show the children as the main body,the display works as the secondary and the teacher evaluation guidance.On the basis of the research,the paper puts forward the following measures,such as perfecting the relevant policies of the kindergartens,strengthening teacher training,and trying to raise the cognition of the kindergarten teachers to the construction area activities and the suggestions to promote the activities.We finds through the survey that the most fundamental ways of solving the problems in the construction area of the middle class children are: the kindergarten should improve the current situation of the construction area by encouraging teachers to further study,strengthening teacher training,and enhancing the communication between kindergartens;the teachers themselves need to establish the correct concept of construction area activities and have the purpose of planning the design,effective organization,correct guidance and evaluation and so on. |
