The report of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee proposed to improve the social governance system of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,and improve the social governance system of party committee leadership,government responsibility,democratic consultation,social coordination,public participation,legal protection,and technology support,and build a social governance system for everyone.A community of social governance that is responsible,responsible for everyone,and enjoyed by everyone,and build a high-quality education system.In this context,research on the cultivation of parent-child volunteers is conducive to the construction and development of the community,is conducive to the innovation of social governance,and also plays an important role in promoting the realization of collaborative education between home,school and community.This research mainly uses interview method and questionnaire method to collect research data and conduct research;then use participatory observation method to participate in the practical process of fostering parent-child volunteers in the S community.Combining the basic situation of the S community,first analyze the feasibility of parent-child volunteer training,how to give full play to the advantages to meet the needs,apply the principles of parent-child volunteer training from the perspective of advantages to practice,supplemented by the role of parents in the demonstration of children in social learning theory,The child’s ability to leverage parents’ voluntary service.In combination with specific practical operations such as group activities,backbone cultivation and community work,it analyzes the practical skills of social work to guide parent-child volunteer cultivation,and finally analyzes the effectiveness of the project,and summarizes the advantages of social work intervention in parent-child volunteer cultivation practice under the guidance of the advantage perspective.The place for reference and improvement.It is concluded that the cultivation of parent-child volunteers for social work in the community mainly follows the principles of focusing on advantages,tapping resources,and focusing on cooperation.It is concluded that the process of parent-child volunteer training mainly consists of four stages: planning,recruitment,training and practice.At each stage,parent-child volunteers are cultivated by establishing relationships,discovering advantages,constructing a list of advantages,empowering and stimulating potential,and providing a platform for practice.At the same time,make good use of the positive influence between parents and children to form a virtuous circle in which parents lead their children by example,and children actively grow and infect parents. |
