With the current talents competition increasingly drastic in our society,family education has gained widespread attention by the parents who don't let their children lose at the starting line.As the first class in one's life,family education plays an important role in the whole life of children,the parent-child play has attracted much attention of parents due to it is one of the most important items in family education.The parent-child play is one of the earliest type of games after the birth of child,it bases on the familial affection between parents and children.The attitude towards the parent-child play,the role in the parent-child play acted by parents and usage of toys,all of those will direct effect children's subjectivity.Based on this,the study on parent's idea and the situation of the parent-child play in family is quite necessary.This study is based on foreign and domestic documentation,after collecting,organizing and systematical analyzing,by using questionnaire and interview method,describes and analyzes the understanding of parents and actual situation about the parent-child play,then find the existing problems and solutions.The objects in this study are parents of middle class of the kindergarten from three kindergartens located in Dalian Jinpu New Area.Through this study,the following problems are found:firstly,the understanding of parents about a parent-child play is one-sided;secondly,parents neglect the children's main status,cause the sense of play is missing;thirdly,parents have more power about the choose of toys;fourthly,the utilization of toys is low.Finally,several suggestions are proposed:firstly,parents should respect the main status of children;secondly,parents should give scientific guide during the parent-child play;thirdly,the subjectivity of children should be fully played by parents;fourthly,parents should provide appropriate toys.
