In recent years, obesity has become an important problem perplexing health. In the notice of the State Council on printing and distributing the national fitness plan(2021-2025)in July 2021,it was emphasized to create a social atmosphere for national fitness and strengthen the incentive for national fitness.Nowadays, women’s pursuit of beauty is to take the figure as the evaluation index and achieve the purpose of slimming through physical exercise, which has always been a hot topic discussed by women.Body composition refers to the content of various components in the human body, which is the composition and proportion of various substances. If the proportion of various components in the body is unbalanced,it will threaten human health. The balanced development of various indicators in body components is the most basic condition for maintaining health. Therefore, paying attention to the measurement and evaluation of body composition has become a global topic. In order to more comprehensively explore the impact of Aerobics intervention on the body composition of overweight and obese women, this paper will comprehensively analyze the impact of previous aerobics intervention on the body composition of overweight and obese women, and use the method of meta-analysis to analyze the literature of Aerobics intervention on the body composition of overweight and obese women.method:Collect literature through CNKI,Wan Fang,VIP,Pubmed and other Chinese and English literature search databases;use Note Express to manage the collected literature;screen the literature according to the set inclusion and exclusion criteria;use Excel to extract the included literature Body weight, body fat mass,fat-free mass, body mass index, body fat percentage,waist-to-hip ratio, waist circumference, hip circumference and other indicators, including the mean and standard deviation of the aerobics group and the control group before and after the experiment;and using Review Manger5.4 The software conducts systematic evaluation and data analysis on the data;at the same time,it also conducts subgroup analysis on the intervention period, frequency, and duration of a single intervention.result:A total of 14 articles were included in the literature, with a total of 606 subjects, including 322 in the aerobics group and 284 in the control group. The subjects were all adult women. The total length of the intervention ranged from 12 weeks to a year. The journal types published in the selected literature include 5 core sports articles,2 sports non-core articles,1English core article,1 English non-core article,4 non-sports articles, and 1 master thesis.Effects on body mass indicators in body composition. The WMD of the literature on the effect of aerobics intervention on the weight of overweight and obese women was-5.13,95%CI: [-6.54,-3.72],and the total effect value was Z=7.12,which was statistically significant(P<0.00001);The SMD of the literature on the effect on body fat weight was-0.85,95% CI:[-1.13,-0.58],and the total effect value Z=6.10,which was statistically significant(P<0.001).Meta-analysis SMD was-0.13,95% CI: [-0.42,0,15],and the total effect value was Z=0.92,which was not statistically significant(P = 0.36).Effects on various ratio values in body composition. The I~2 of the literatures studying the effects of aerobics intervention on BMI,body fat percentage, and waist-to-hip ratio of overweight and obese women were 62%,76%,and 55%,respectively,and WMD/SMD were-1.92,-1.15,-0.06,and the 95% confidence intervals were [-2.40,-1.44],[-1.73,-0.56],[-0.07,0.04],and the total effect values ??were 7.86,3.85,and 6.26,which were all statistically significant(P<0.01).Effects on skinfold thickness in body composition. To study the effect of aerobics intervention on the abdominal skinfold thickness, subscapular angle skinfold thickness, and upper arm skinfold thickness in overweight and obese women, the WMD of the related literatures were-3.69,-3.84,-4.36,respectively,and the 95% confidence intervals were [-6.30,-1.08],[-5.75,-1.92],[-6.58,-2.14],the total effect values ??were 2.77,3.93,and 3.84,which were all statistically significant(P<0.01).Influence on waist and hip circumference. The I~2 of the literature on the effect of aerobics intervention on the waist circumference and hip circumference of overweight and obese women were 87% and 37%,respectively,the WMD was-4.75,-2.93,and the 95%confidence intervals were [-6.78,-2.72],[-3.79,-2.07],the total effect size was 4.58,6.67,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.01).A total of five indicators were included in the subgroup analysis according to the heterogeneity results, including body weight,BMI,body fat percentage,waist-to-hip ratio, and waist circumference. The results showed that the intervention time of more than 14 weeks had a more significant effect on the body weight, body fat percentage and waist circumference of overweight and obese women. The frequency of training more than 4 times a week has better effect on BMI,body fat percentage,waist-hip ratio and waist circumference in overweight and obese women.A single intervention longer than 50 minutes had a greater effect on body composition in overweight and obese women.Aerobics intervention has better effect on weight loss and waist circumference in overweight women, and aerobics intervention has more obvious reduction in BMI and body fat rate in obese women. Conclusion: 1.Aerobics intervention has a significant effect on the weight control of overweight and obese women, and the research results are credible;2.Aerobics has a significant effect on the reduction of body fat weight in overweight and obese women, and the heterogeneity is higher.Low;3.Aerobics intervention has no significant effect on the fat-free mass of overweight and obese women, and the heterogeneity is small;4.Aerobics intervention has a significant effect on the reduction of BMI in overweight and obese women; The control of body fat rate in overweight and obese women has a significant effect;6.Aerobics intervention has no significant effect on the reduction of waist-to-hip ratio in overweight and obese women;7.Aerobics intervention has a significant effect on the reduction of skinfold thickness in overweight and obese women 8.Aerobics intervention has a significant effect on the reduction of waist circumference of overweight and obese women;9.Aerobics intervention has a significant effect on the reduction of hip circumference of overweight and obese women. The results of this paper can provide some evidence-based basis for further research in the future.
