People with higher weight index have higher level of cholesterol , blood pressure , blood sugar and uric acid and suffer greater danger of coronary heart disease or cerebral hemorrhage. President of USMA, Louis, warned that "the greatest danger we are facing is not frightening cancers, but obesity". TOTF points out that obesity will be the biggest enemy to health and content index in the 21st century. Therefore, obesity has been a global problem.The overweight and obese students are special community in school. Overweightand obesity become one of barriers during their healthy growth. How to enhance their physical and psychological health is the important premise strengthening their healthy level. Reading documentaries from both home and abroad shows that: presently there are a lot of studies on weight- reducing. Studies are conducted more on animals than on human being. Even if studying on human bodies, more researches are conducted on normal adults, Let alone than on overweight and obese undergraduates. Nutrition intervene individually on weight reducing are often discussed, but little attention has been paid to the real situation. Prescriptions of weight reducing through sports emphasize intensity without consideration of immunity. Nutrition intervention emphasizes mere food fiber, paying no attention the significance of balanced meal to health. Prescription of drugging brings many squeals.
