As a special form of out of after-school education,the trusteeship agencies of after-school education came into being when the children of dual working families were left unattended after school.It can provide convenience for students and parents in terms of catering,rest and homework,and has been favored by more parents.The resulting safety,diet and other issues have also aroused widespread concern in the society.Based on the governance theory and from the perspective of management,this paper investigates and studies the trusteeship agencies of after-school education,and puts forward some suggestions to further standardize the trusteeship agencies of after-school education.Using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and observation,this paper conducted face-to-face interviews with the managers,school teachers,school principals,government staff and parents of primary school students in B city,Shandong Province,and observed the internal and external environment of the trusteeship agencies of after-school education,The parents who are participating in the trusteeship of primary school students are investigated by questionnaire to understand their development status,find their existing problems,analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward targeted countermeasures,so as to realize the improvement and development of the trusteeship agencies of after-school education.This paper mainly includes: the first part is the introduction,which mainly involves the proposal of problems,the purpose and significance of the research,the definition of core concepts,research methods,research ideas and framework;The second part combs the literature related to the trusteeship agencies of after-school education from two aspects at home and abroad;The third part discusses the policies and theories related to this paper,so as to provide corresponding theoretical support for the research of this paper;The fourth part understands and analyzes the current situation of out of school education trusteeship institutions on the basis of questionnaire survey,interview and observation of the research objects;The fifth part puts forward the problems existing in out of school education trusteeship institutions,and discusses the causes of the problems;The sixth part puts forward the governance strategy of the trusteeship agencies of after-school education on the basis of cause analysis.
