The Research On Present Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Primary Students Out-school Trusteeship

As an extension of school education,the trusteeship center is widely concerned by all circles of society.With the rapid development of society,rural parents recognize the importance of education,they have to send the children to the county's primary school,at the same time,the county's parents are busy with their work,so that the phenomenon of having no time to take care of their children is becoming more and more common,so the trusteeship center came into being.On the one hand,it has catered to the need of parents and solved the worries of many parents,however,on the other hand,there is still many problems.On the basis of sorting out and analyzing the existing research materials of the trusteeship center,taking D county trusteeship centers as the object,taking the B trusteeship center near A primary school in D county as a research case,this study adopts the literature method,the observation method,the interview method and so on.In this field investigation,the author has learned about the generation and development of the trusteeship center,the influence of trusteeship education on primary school students,and discovered the current situation and the main problems of the trusteeship center,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Positive influence: trusteeship education is helpful to cultivate pupils' independence and unity and cooperation spirit,improve their academic achievement,and promote mutual learning among pupils;negative impact: poor care for primary school students lead to ill easily,lack of communication with parents,lack of learning initiative.Problems:first,the trusteeship center has limited space and space is crowded;second,the number of teachers is small and academic qualification is low;third,food safety is difficult to guarantee;four,diet and sanitation condition is poor and nutrition is unbalanced;five,the managers themselves lack of understanding,the demand for employees is not high;six,the personal safety of primary school students can not be effectively guaranteed.Causes: first of all,the managers' scientific and cultural quality is not high,security awareness is weak,the culture level of counselors is nothigh,aunts' cooking is limited;secondly,parents are overly dependent on the trusteeship centers and do not attach importance to communicate with their children;finally,the government's financial investment in basic education is insufficient,and the supervision of the departments in charge is not in place.Aiming at the main problems existing in primary school students' trusteeship centers,this research puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of trusteeship center,the parent,the government and so on.In the first place,the trusteeship centers should improve the service level;in the second place,parents should pay attention to the growth of their children and care for their children;in the third place,the relevant government departments should strengthen the management of the trusteeship centers;lastly,educational university students should be encouraged to set up trusteeship centers.It is expected that this study can have a positive impact on the primary school students' trusteeship centers,promote the healthy development of primary school students' trusteeship centers,improve the service level of the trusteeship centers,and promote the standardized development of the trusteeship centers.
