| Objective:Under the conditions controlled by diet and daily physical activities,based on the changes of body shape,blood biochemistry,fat oxidation,1RM and physical fitness related indicators before and after training,explore the training effect of 3-week combined training and endurance training on obese female adolescents.Methods:Ten obese female adolescents were randomly divided into combined endurance and strength training group(combined group:n=5)and endurance training group(endurance group:n=5).During the 3-week exercise intervention period,dietary energy intake was controlled.The combined group and endurance group conducted training three times a week on Monday,Wednesday and Friday respectively.The two group conducted endurance training at the same time in the morning,and the combined group conducted strength training in the afternoon of the same day,while the endurance group conducted endurance training consistent with the total energy consumption(VO2)of strength training in the combined group.In addition to exercise training,subjects were also asked to perform daily physical activities on Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday,and moderately control their diet.Before and after the intervention,the relevant indexes of body shape,blood biochemical,fat oxidation,1RM and physical fitness were collected respectively.The differences between groups and within groups of each index before and after the intervention were compared,and the correlations between BMI and body fat percentage and the difference value of each index before and after the intervention were analyzed.Results:(1)In terms of body shape:After the intervention,the weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,body fat and body fat rate of the combined group were very significantly decreased(p<0.01);The weight and waist circumference of the endurance group were significantly decreased(p<0.05),BMI,body fat and body fat rate were very significantly decreased(p<0.01).The decrease of body fat and body fat rate in the endurance group was higher than that in the combined group,showing a medium effect.(2)In terms of blood biochemistry:After the intervention,there was no significant difference in GLU(decreased by 4.28%and 5.96%respectively),HDL(decreased by 6.94%and increased by 2.35%respectively)and TG(decreased by 8.45%and 31.15%respectively)within the combined group and the endurance group(p>0.05).LDL(decreased by 31.07%)and TC(decreased by 19.71%)in the combined group were very significantly decreased(p<0.01),LDL(decreased by 27.76%)and TC(decreased by 19.82%)were significantly decreased in the endurance group(p<0.05).(3)In terms of fat oxidation:After the intervention,there was no significant difference in VO2,VCO2and maximum fat oxidation rate(MFO)in the combined group(p>0.05);The maximum fat oxidation rate of endurance group was very significantly decreased(p<0.01).In addition,the VO2and fat oxidation rates of the combined group and the endurance group were decreased at moderate and low exercise intensity,while the effect sizes of the decreased VO2and fat oxidation rates in the endurance group were higher than those in the combined group before and after the intervention,and the increase ranges of AT-V in the endurance group was higher than that in the combined group.(4)In terms of 1RM:After the intervention,the maximum strength of the bench press in the combined group was very significantly increased(p<0.01),the maximum strength of the leg press was significantly increased(p<0.05),and the maximum strength of the bench press and leg press in the endurance group increased all were not significant(p>0.05).From the difference value percentage,there was a significant difference in the increase of bench press between the combined group and the endurance group(p<0.05),and the increase ranges of bench press and leg press in the combined group were higher than those in the endurance group.(5)In terms of physical fitness:Before and after the intervention,the 1-min skipping rope and 1-min sit-ups in the combined group were significantly increased(p<0.05),while the 1-min skipping and 1-min sit-ups in the endurance group were not significantly increased(p>0.05),but achieve high effect.Conclusions:(1)3-week combined training and endurance training can improve the body shape,1RM and physical quality of obese female adolescents,and decrease the degree of obesity,and both combined training and endurance training can improve the oxygen consumption economy of obese female adolescents.(2)The effect of 3-week endurance training on fat decrease and fat oxidation ability of obese female adolescents is better than that of combined training,and the effect of endurance training on fat decrease and glucose decrease is better than that of combined training,but the effect of improving strength quality is weaker than that of combined training. |
