Objective:Hypoxic endurance training on body composition in obese rats, energy metabolism, and the impact of uncoupling protein(UCP) 3 expression, and explore obesity and UCP3 expression in resting metabolism and relationship changes.Methods:100 male SD rats, weighing 253.67±21.35 g,were randomly divided into normal diet and high fat diet 20 80.After 20 weeks feeding,From the high-fat diet in rats by weight gain is greater than the incremental weight of rats fed a normal diet plus one times the standard deviation mean screened 60 obese rats.On 60 obese rats adaptive training select from 36 rats were randomly divided into six groups, each group of rats to ensure consistent weight,This six rats were randomly compiled for obesity normoxic control group(FLS group), obesity hypoxia group(FHS group),obesity, low Hi Lo training group(FLLT group), obesity, high living high training group(FHHT group) obesity Lo Hi group(FLHT group), obesity Hi Lo training group(FHLT group).Weighed weekly body weight of rats during the experiment.Before the experiment, the experimental one week, two weeks, three weeks, four weeks of rats was measured resting metabolic rate.After the experiment,rats were sacrificed from rat epididymal, perirenal fat pad, gastrocnemius,quadriceps weighed. The gastrocnemius removed with liquid nitrogen, measured expression gastrocnemius UCP3 m RNA UCP3 protein expression.The results :1.Experiment 4 week high living high weight training group was significantly lower than the other groups(P <0.05); Hi Lo training group, Lo Hi group were significantly lower body weight in addition to training outside the high living high inthe other groups.2.Experiment 4 weeks after the perirenal and epididymal fat content, fat content and the absolute value of the relative value of each training group were lower than the control group, but no significant difference.High living perirenal fat content and the relative value of the absolute value of the epididymal fat content of high practice group were the lowest. After four weeks of training each experimental group were lower than body fat control group, but no significant difference. High living high body fat than the minimum training group.3.After 4 weeks the experiment, the rats of the gastrocnemius, quadriceps meat absolute weight does not appear significantly different. Each rat gastrocnemius muscle training group were significantly higher than the relative value of hypoxia in the control group(P <0.05), high living rat gastrocnemius relatively high training group was significantly higher than the control group and hypoxia normoxic control rats. Each training group rats quadriceps muscle mass and relative value relative values were significantly higher than the control group hypoxia.4.Hypoxia endurance training rats resting metabolic rate in the four weeks of the experiment there are different degrees of increase in resting metabolic rate high among high training rats living continues to rise, Hi Lo training group Lo Hi resting metabolic rate live rats appeared to rise and fall repeatedly. Experiment 4 weekend,each hypoxic training rats resting metabolic rate increments were significantly higher than other groups of rats. Hypoxic training can effectively increase the resting metabolic rate which is better than normoxic training.5.Experiment 4 weekend, higher than the normal control group rats UCP3 m RNA normoxic and hypoxic control group, the control group; high and low living rat rats Hi Lo training practice group m RAN high expression levels higher than other groups, high Hi Lo training group, Lo Hi group, m RNA hypoxic normoxic control group were higher than the control group.6.Experiment 4 weekend, express high levels of UCP3 live up to the high training rats; high living high and training high level of expression in rats live UCP3 low practice group than normoxic and hypoxic group quiet quiet group, high living high training and Hi Lo training can increase the expression of UCP3 protein.In conclusion:1.hypoxia endurance training can effectively reduce weight, reduce body weight as fat based. Including high living high training effect is most obvious.2.hypoxia endurance training on resting metabolic rate increase to a certain extent; high training to improve living high resting metabolic rate of the most obvious effect. By increasing the resting metabolic rate to achieve weight loss is one of the reasons hypoxia endurance training weight reduction.3.Training High Living High and low living high expression of UCP3 training will rise. UCP3 expression leads to increased levels of the resting metabolic rate rise is one of the reasons for weight loss.
