| In recent years,with the rapid development of marathon in China,many marathon-related social groups have emerged,among which marathon club has also developed.Marathon club athletes frequently stand on the podium in the domestic marathon,these athletes have higher and higher competitive level,attracting a lot of attention.Marathon is a long distance endurance race dominated by physical fitness,and the level of endurance directly affects the performance.Club athletes adopt regular plateau training to improve endurance level and continuously improve sports performance.Compared with plain training,altitude training has significant advantages in improving cardiovascular and respiratory system function,skeletal muscle metabolism and endurance level of athletes.At present,there is no relevant research on altitude training of Malazon club athletes.By regularly organizing athletes to do altitude training,1MEGA Wade Club has achieved excellent results in domestic marathon competitions and become the leader of marathon clubs in China.The overall structure of club athletes is very young,and most of them are student athletes with good speed ability but insufficient endurance level.Altitude training can improve the endurance level of athletes,so as to improve marathon performance.Therefore,this paper takes the eight-week altitude training characteristics of the athletes of One Mega Wade Marathon Club as the research object.By using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and field investigation,this paper analyzes and studies the basic situation,content,method,load and effect of altitude training of club athletes.This paper explores the problems and deficiencies in the altitude training and puts forward reasonable suggestions,aiming to help club athletes improve their marathon performance and provide basis and reference for other marathon club athletes to conduct altitude training.The following conclusions are drawn in this paper:(1)Basic characteristics of club athletes: the average age is younger,the frequency of altitude training is less,and the tolle index is higher than that of excellent athletes at home and abroad.Good training foundation,high training potential.(2)Characteristics of altitude training methods and means for club athletes: continuous training method is the main method,with a high proportion of low-intensity continuous running and a low proportion of medium-high intensity rhythm running.Training methods and means are relatively single.(3)Characteristics of altitude training load of club athletes: training intensity is divided by pace,and training amount is determined by distance.Compared with elite athletes at home and abroad,the amount of training is less,and the training intensity is lower.(4)Characteristics of altitude training arrangement for club athletes: it can be divided into four stages.The training arrangement of adaptation and adjustment is basically the same,with short time,little content and low intensity.The two stages of system and reinforcement have long time,much content and high intensity,and little change in different training objectives.(5)Altitude training effect of club athletes: after eight weeks of altitude training,the maximum oxygen uptake and hemoglobin value of athletes were improved,the Ketolai index was decreased,and the average performance of 5000 m and the whole horse was improved. |
