This essay takes8male athletes from NingXia who are major in3000meter steeplechase as the experimental object, using the method of literature, expert interview, experiment, mathematical statistics and other researchmethods, to analyze variation characteristics of3000meters steeplechase maleathletes from NingXia,and this essay provides a advantageous foundation tothe development of national men’s3000meters steeplechase. The main part and the innovation of this research is to find out thephysiological and biochemical variation characteristics of3000meterssteeplechase athletes in the period of altitude training such as morning pulse, blood pressure, anaerobic threshold speed, hemoglobin, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatine kinase, serum testosterone index through the preparing for theTwelfth National Games. The study shows: the morning pulse during altitudetraining in athletes is relatively stable, rising at the first time of the plateauonce/min,declining in plateau training medium-term, increasing by altitudetraining which posts strength class stimulation, but in the controllable range;high altitude hypoxia environment and high strength class will have a certainimpact on the athletes’ blood pressure, and if the athletes body function weregood, they can recover to the normal level in the next morning;During altitudetraining, athletes’ anaerobic thresholdspeed decreases as increasing theintensity of training, during the early stage of altitude training the anaerobicthreshold speed drops1%, drops2.1%during the mid period, the decline rangeof anaerobic threshold is relatively large, up to3.1%, at the same time, individual differences exist in anaerobic threshold; athletes are affected byhypoxia and the amount of exercises in the early period, their hemoglobindecreased2.4%, those athletes later gradually adapt to the rhythm in the late, their hemoglobin were higher than the base period, increased by1.2%and1.8%; blood ureais the index reacts to training volume, blood urea’s activityincreases with the increasing amount of exercise, blood urea levels is7.5% higher than it in the middle stage, in which period the training content reachedthe maximum, the blood urea level is31.6%higher than comparing with thebase period, in the late period, the amount of exercise declines, and the bloodurea nitrogen level declined,5.2%higher than that in the base period; athletesserum creatine kinase activity see an upward trend with the increasing ofexercise intensity, the highest value was38.7%higher than overall altitudetraining period, but with the adjustment after that high intensive training,1-2days can be restored to normal data, serum creatine kinase also has thecharacteristics of coefficient of variation and individual differences;Serumtestosterone can reflect the degree of athletes’fatigue, it saw different extentdeclines in different periods of altitude training,namely74.06ng/dl,75.98ng/dl, but the it overall decreases little; through the study on the athleteMa, serum testosterone decreased significantly in altitude training period thanthe previous period,134ng/dl, which illustrates the influence of activemovement intensity on serum testosterone is large, there are also significantindividual differences. There are individual differences exist in morning pulse, blood pressure, anaerobic threshold, hemoglobin, blood urea, serum creatinekinase, serum testosterone, within the process of plateau training monitoring,a single change of physiological and biochemical indices are not absolute, andathlete’s subjective feeling, training level, individual differences, shouldcombine with other physiological and biochemical indexes, thuscomprehensive evaluation of athletes’ physical function, so as to effectivelyjudge the athlete recovery and whether the transition training and transition isfatigue. To run the project to improve China’s3000meters steeplechase, andshorten the distance with the world level, perfect our country’s3000meterssteeplechase altitude training has important practical significance andtheoretical value.
