| Postactivation potentiation(PAP)is an immediate effect, which refers to the acute increase in explosive force caused by the body through a short time of high-intensity practice in advance.Purpose of research:This experiment investigated the effect of low(1×5×85%1RM),medium(2×5×85%1RM)and high(3×5×85%1RM)activation on lower limb burst in sprinters. It provides a reference for sprinters to use the activated load volume before the race warm-up.Research methods: Using literature review method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method and experimental method, and ten male sprinters from the school of Physical Education were subjected to squat intervention with three loads of low(5×85%1RM),medium(2×5×85%1RM)and high(3×5×85%1RM),counter movement jump(CMJ),standing long jump and 30-meter run were tested immediately,5 minutes,10 minutes and 15 minutes after the intervention,to analyze the changes of each test index. Results: The CMJ height of low load squats increased significantly at 5 min after intervention, and CMJ height, standing long jump and 30 m running performance increased significantly at 10 min after intervention.(2)CMJ height was significantly improved 5minutes after the intervention of medium-load squat training, and standing long jump and30-meter running performance were significantly improved 10 minutes after the intervention.(3)The performance of standing long jump immediately after the intervention of high load squat training decreased significantly.Conclusion:(1)The power of Sprinter was significantly improved after squat intervention with low(1×5×85%1RM)and medium(2×5×85%1RM)loads.(2)Sprinters’ power will decrease in a short time after squat intervention with high load.(3)The power of increased significantly 5 minutes and 10 minutes after the intervention of low and medium loads, and there was no significant difference in the power after the intervention of the two loads. |
