Abstract/Summary:
Research purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare experimentally the effects of post-activation enhancement effects on the explosive force of the lower limbs of male long jumpers through different types of activation.Explore which form of activation induces a more pronounced and effective post-activation enhancement effect and the optimal recovery time for post-activation enhancement effects.Using this as a basis for some practical tests,I hope that it will provide some reference methods and methods for the majority of researchers to choose the best training and warm-up methods before the competition.Research method: Squat 1RM test and calculate 80% 1RM weight and chain load test on 11 subjects with long jump country level 2 or higher before the formal experiment, record the appropriate chain specifications of the subject, and make the barbell The average load attached to the iron chain is 80% 1RM.The experiment was designed as a self-contrast control experiment, which was divided into blank control group, traditional squat group and chain squat group according to the activation form.Subjects took a 5 minute break after completing the basic warm-up activity, then performed a baseline long jump or 30 meters(including 10 meters)baseline test, and then rested for another 5 minutes. Then perform the corresponding activation exercises as scheduled(no activation form, traditional squat activation form or chain squat activation form),The activation load was 80% 1RM,performed in 3 groups,3times each, with a 2-minute interval between the groups. Then take a 4 minute,8minute,12 minute,16 minute, and 20 minute interval long jump or 30-meter(including 10-meter)test,with at least 72 hours between each experiment.Two-factor repeated measures analysis of variance was used to test whether the activation enhancement effect in different forms of activation and post-recovery time was statistically significant for the explosive power of the lower limbs of the subjects.Result:1.The traditional long squat and iron chain squat activation forms have higher standing long jump results than baseline values. After statistical analysis, there are significant differences between 8 and 12 minutes(P <0.05);There was no significant difference compared with the baseline value(P> 0.05).2.In the traditional squat group and the iron chain squat group, the standing long jump performance was higher than the blank control group at the same time at8-12 minutes, and there was a significant difference; The scores of 30 meters and 10 meters were higher than those of the blank control group at 8-12 minutes, but there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).The iron chain squat group had a standing long jump,30 minutes at 8-12 minutes. The results of both meters and 10 meters were higher than the traditional squat group, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the traditional squat and chain squat activation forms at 1.80% 1RM load intensity can induce post-activation enhancement effects. The best recovery time for the activation enhancement effect of the two types of activation in the standing long jump,30 m and 10 m tests is 8-12 minutes, but only the standing long jump has significant differences in this period,30 m and 10 m Although the results have improved, there is no significant difference.2.In view of the results of the three test indicators, the post-activation enhancement effect produced by the iron chain squat group is better than that of the traditional squat group, especially at 8-12 minutes after activation, but there is no significant difference.
