The theory of core literacy points out the direction for each educational discipline.Facing the guidance of core literacy,how to make use of table tennis special courses? In the process of the rapid development of today’s society,how can table tennis special students in physical education colleges and universities become the real talents to adapt to the society? With the above problems,this paper carried out research on the construction of the index system of table tennis special curriculum core literacy in physical education colleges.In order to build a complete index system of core literacy of table tennis special courses,this study adopts literature review method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to finally determine the index system of core literacy of table tennis special courses,and uses analytic hierarchy process and percentage weight method to weight the index system.In addition,teachers’ questionnaires and students’ self-assessment questionnaires related to the core literacy of table tennis special courses in sports colleges and universities were issued to verify the indicators and make comparative analysis on students’ grasp of the constructed indicators.Finally,the following conclusions were drawn:1.the index system of sports college table tennis special course core literacy by "knowledge and skills,table tennis,table tennis teaching the knowledge and ability of special raw ability of social adaptation,table tennis,table tennis special birth to healthy behavior and physical character" 4 first-level indicators,and 13 secondary indicators,50 three-level indicators,The index was verified by three rounds of Delphi questionnaire and passed significance test.2.After weighting the indicators,the results are obtained: the weight coefficient of the first-level indicators is arranged from large to small as the health behavior and sports morality of the students majoring in table tennis,the cognition and skills of the students majoring in table tennis,the knowledge and ability of table tennis teaching,and the social adaptability of the students majoring in table tennis.Among the secondary indexes,the indexes worthy of attention include the origin and development of table tennis,basic theories of table tennis,principles and applications of sports training,principles and applications of physical education,healthy behavior,and sports morality.Among the three-level indicators,the weight values of literature retrieval ability,the rules of table tennis and the use of Internet resources to make teaching plans are prominent.3.Currently,experts have high expectations of the five level 3 indicators,namely,the completion of indicators,research ability,table tennis tournament appreciation,teaching plan making using network resources,data processing ability,and training team organization and management,which need to be paid attention to in the teaching of table tennis special courses.
