Eye Movement Study On The Influence Of The Wall Environment Of Kindergarten Class On Observation Of Children Aged 5-6 Years

The idea of this study is to compare the eye movements observed by 5-6 years old children with different background color,different correlation degree between background material and task material,different layout density of background material,analyze the degree of visual gaze and processing in children’s observation behavior.The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of class wall environment on the observation ability of children aged 5-6 years,and to make suggestions for kindergarten teachers to create environment.The following main conclusions are obtained:(1)The observation level of children aged 5-6 years in white background was significantly higher than that in colored background,the reaction speed of children to materials in red background was higher,while the processing degree of observation materials in blue background was deeper.(2)There are significant differences in the observation of task materials among children aged 5 to 6 years of age when the correlation between environment creation content and materials is different.The observation level of children in blank background is significantly higher than that in content background.(3)The 5-6 years old children’s observation is the highest in blank background.In the complex task,children pay more continuous attention and more careful in performing the tasks of distinguishing differences in the background of close layout.Through experimental research,it is suggested that preschool teachers flexibly adjust the environmental tone according to the needs of early childhood observation activities,timely update the class environment according to the theme of the activities,and use the materials related to the activities to create the environment.The layout materials should not be too scattered,and pay attention to the retention of the overall environment.
