| 28 students majoring in Gymnastics Aerobics,Sports Art Department of Beijing Sport University, were chosen in this experiment as subject which lasted 8 weeks, and divided into two groups:the experiment and the control.Of the two,the experiment group adopted the Plyometrics method, whereas the control group adopted the successive jump method to develop their bounce ability. All the data were obtained before and after the experiment separately and were tested by master students specializing in exercise biomechanics.I analyzed the data from the aspects of aerobics training, mechanics and kinetics.Concrete conclusions as follows:One,bounce ability of Gymnastic Aerobics athletes is a kind of special bounce ability, since it does not only require the athletes jump high, but also require the rapid velocity during jump. Therefore, the bounce training of Gymnastic Aerobics should focus on such characteristics. Two,the experiment and the control group both show different changes in variables.Comparing with the data before the experiment, all male athletes in two groups got notable differences in buffer stage and bounce stage. While the female athletes did not show such changes. There, male athletes shortened their bouncing time and prolonged the soaring time and the experiment group got better improvement than the control did. What is more, the female athletes did not show any notable changes in mechanical data either.Four, the independent samples T test shows that there is no notable difference between the experiment and the control groups before the experiment, but there are several differences after the experiment. The data demonstrate that male athletes in the experiment group get more desirable improvement in buffer time, bouncing time, buff acceleration and bouncing acceleration than those in the control group. Five, there are no notable differences between female athletes before or after the experiment. The variable of Aerobics shows that all of them show notable changes, and there are no notable differences between the experiment group and the control group. |
