enterprises.At the same time,in line with the changes of the economic situation and the labor market,human resource outsourcing should also keep pace with the times,and constantly launch new human flexible working methods and job requirements brought about by the development of cloud computing and other technologies,the human resource service industry will be in the future Constantly upgrade the future.Anhui JT Human Resources Co.,Ltd.is a representative human resource service company in the human resource industry and the domestic human resource industry.At present,the company’s main business is to provide professional human resource services for enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta.This article takes Anhui JT Human Resources Co.,Ltd.as the research object and analyzes the development strategy of its JT company.Firstly,this paper discusses the relevant theories of enterprise strategy and human resource outsourcing,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research.Secondly,it analyzes the internal development status of Anhui JT Human Resources Co.,Ltd.,including company profile,main products,financial status and company capacity.Using pest,five forces model and SWOT analysis methods,this paper analyzes the external and internal environment of Anhui JT Human Resources Co.,Ltd.,formulates the development vision,mission,values,strategic objectives and strategic positioning of JT company,makes SWOT analysis on the strategic choice,and obtains the choice of marketing strategic plan: Market penetration strategy,differentiated marketing and market development strategy,In terms of marketing channel diversification and market product strategy,customers’ sense of experience has been improved due to C2 B mode.The implementation plan of the strategy is: strategic implementation planning,human resources development strategy,information technology resources development strategy,product system development strategy,relationship marketing development strategy,brand construction development strategy,competition and cooperation alliance strategy,and through optimizing the organizational structure,strengthening the construction of business
