In recent years,the rapid development of human resource service industry lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development of our market economy society.It can not only optimize the allocation of human resources,but also improve the quality of workers and promote the sustainable development of economy.However,due to the increasing complexity of the industry,many traditional staffing firms need to adapt their business strategies to achieve sustained success.WF Human Resources Company is a state-owned human resources enterprise,which has some problems such as unclear strategy and slow growth.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically analyze and choose a reasonable development strategy according to the current internal and external environment,so as to ensure the long-term development of enterprises.First of all,through the research of domestic and foreign development status of relevant literature,sorted out the enterprise development strategy,human resources service related theories;Secondly,it analyzes the internal and external environment of WF human resources Company by combining PEST model and five-force competition model,and finds out the external opportunities and threats faced by the company as well as its internal strengths and weaknesses by using EFE matrix and IFE matrix through questionnaire survey.Then,the SWOT analysis method is used to make a comprehensive analysis of the problems faced by WF human resources company to match the SO strategy.Finally,the QSPM matrix is used to compare alternative strategies and finally determine that WF human resources company can adopt the integration strategy.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy of WF Human Resources Company,this paper expounds the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy from the aspects of shaping the corporate culture,strengthening the construction of the talent team,promoting the digital transformation and so on.It is hoped that this paper can give WF Human Resources company more guidance and help,and help it better cope with the challenges in the future development.
