With the rapid development of China ’s market economy,more and more small and medium-sized enterprises begin to transform to large enterprises.With the increase of scale,the human cost that enterprises need to bear is increasing day by day.Under this demand,China’s human resource service industry has been booming in recent years,with new models and formats emerging,gradually forming a diversified business model based on customer demand such as headhunting service,labor dispatch,personnel basic service outsourcing and so on.However,the rapid growth of the industry fails to match the corresponding sound market norms and standard system.At present,there are still some problems in the human resources service industry,such as poor standardization,high similarity of products and services,and the lack of long-term strategic planning of service providers,which leads to the complex competition situation and the development of human resource service industry is facing unprecedented challenges.On the other hand,the healthy economic development environment provides a good space for the rapid growth of domestic enterprises,and also leads to a large increase in the demand for high-quality talents and senior talents.In recent years,based on the national talent development strategic planning,China has given strong policy support to the employment of high-end talents,but at present,the overall mobility of high-end talents in China’s recruitment market is still in the state Therefore,how to grasp the job demand of middle and high-end people,formulate good strategic plans and break the long-term imbalance between supply and demand in the market will become an important link for traditional and emerging headhunters and recruitment platforms to grasp market opportunities and win the middle and high-end job market in the future.AB company is an entrepreneurial company that provides online and offline employment services.It mainly focuses on the domestic middle and high-end job market,and undertakes the connection carrier among enterprises,headhunters and middle and high-end job seekers for the purpose of seeking suitable candidates for enterprises.Its business includes headhunting service based on talent development concept,enterprise recruitment service based on organizational diagnosis,and medium and high-end talents Job search service,while serving enterprises and individuals,optimizes the allocation of high-end job seekers and senior headhunting consultants to maximize the interests of various parties.Taking AB company as an example,this paper uses porter theory,IFE and EFE matrix,SWOT-AHP analysis and PEST methods to analyzes and discusses the internal and external environment and development strategy of the company,and combines the extensive practice of human resource service for companies at home and abroad,and Porter’s theory at home and abroad.It analyzes the application of Porter’s theory in entrepreneurial enterprises at home and abroad,the application of organization development and talent development theory in human resource management of enterprises The domestic research on the development status of human resource service companies and entrepreneurial enterprises focuses on the analysis of the operation status and strategic background of AB company,and puts forward suggestions on the future strategic choice of the company.The purpose is to provide new ideas for the development of the company with innovative methods and provide reference for the operators of other human resource service companies.
