Abstract/Summary:
Lala exercises in the children’s physical education curriculum not only conform to the sports and health curriculum plan,but also play a positive role in promoting children’s physical and mental development.Children in the period of physical and mental development have undergone changes in both physical and psychological aspects,and the changes in physical fitness are becoming more and more prominent.Strength is an important part that affects physical fitness.Therefore,strengthening strength training plays a key role in improving children’s cheerleading techniques.Reasonable use of MINI elastic bands can not only improve body shape and movement flexibility,but also improve physical fitness.Effective.In the research of this article,we mainly used literature data method,questionnaire method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to test 52 cheerleading clubs(8-9 years old)from the second elementary school in Xi’an High-tech Zone,Shaanxi Province.Girls conduct a 10-week experimental study,introduce the MINI elastic band into the cheerleading technical training class and apply it to the practice of improving children’s strength training.Through the MINI elastic band exercise to improve the strength of children’s cheerleading,in order to improve children’s strength The quality enables children to quickly master the technical skills of cheerleading and provide reference opinions.conclusion as below:1.Through the basic stage of cheerleading hand exercises,sit-ups exercises,squat exercises;combined hand exercises in the strengthening stage,leg raising exercises,kicking exercises and a complete set of hand exercises in the consolidation stage,Two-end exercises and jumping exercises.The three-stage tests show that the students have achieved all physical fitness indicators such as static hand control in cheerleading,kneeling push-ups,sit-ups,prone ups at both ends,alternate side lunges,etc.There has been a different range of growth,indicating that the MINI elastic band has a promoting effect on improving the strength of children’s cheerleading.2.After the experiment,through the independent sample T test of the static hand position control test results of the experimental group and the control group,P<0.01,the data shows that there is a significant difference between the two groups of students,indicating that MINI elastic band exercises can improve The upper limb strength of children’s cheerleading is of great help.Improving the upper limb strength can regulate the upper limb movements of cheerleading,and it can also assist in adjusting the children’s body posture,making cheerleading exercises more stretched and standardized.3.After the experiment,the test results of kneeling push-ups,sit-ups,and prone head-ups in the experimental group and the control group were independently sampled by T-test and P<0.01.The data showed that the two groups of students were in kneeling push-ups and supines.There is a significant difference between sitting and prone positions,indicating that MINI elastic band exercises have a great effect on improving the waist and abdomen strength of children’s cheerleading,and the improvement of waist and abdomen strength can enhance the stability of difficult movements and improve the formation of wrong technical movements.4.Through the independent sample T test of the test results before and after the alternate side lunge experiment,P<0.01 is obtained.The data shows that there is a significant difference between the two groups of students,indicating that the MINI elastic band exercise can improve the explosive power of children’s lower limbs and physical coordination.Is helpful.Enhancing the strength of the lower limbs is the basis for improving other types of difficult movements such as lala dance jumps,so you can choose to alternate side lunges to strengthen the lower limbs during the exercise.
