Nowadays,the phenomenon of "little glasses" and "little fat man" has bec ome the norm in the primary school campus,and the physical health status of primary school students in China is not optimistic.In recent years,the state h as made a series of efforts to improve students’ physique and promote their he althy development.Students’ active participation in sports activities is the most effective measure to improve students’ physique.Therefore,the latest "physical education and health curriculum standard" not only ensures the school physical education curriculum hours,but also constructs the learning goal system of ph ysical education curriculum to the greatest extent,but it only proposes a gener al scope of physical education curriculum content.Thus,in the context of curri culum content reform,school-based curriculum is gradually valued,and regions and schools have more autonomy and right to choose curriculum,and began t o develop school-based curriculum,in order to improve students’ interest in lea rning and teachers’ enthusiasm for teaching,at the same time,cultivate schoolbased curriculum,improve teaching strength,and promote the overall developm ent of school physical education.By using the methods of literature,investigation,observation,experiment,l ogical induction and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the creation of ela stic band Aerobics in "level two" stage of Xiao Yan Ta primary school in Xi’an as the research object.Starting from the actual situation of the school and foc using on the students’ sports development needs,a set of elastic band aerobics was created by using the existing elastic band of Xiao Yan Ta primary school i n Xi’an city and a 12 week teaching experiment was carried out.Before and a fter the experiment,five experimental data of the control group and the experi mental group were measured,including vital capacity,50 meter running,sit for ward bending,one minute sit up and one minute rope skipping.The results we re compared and analyzed to test whether the physical education curriculum co ntent with the elastic band fitness exercise as the content was more advantageo us than the current physical education curriculum content arranged by Xi’an Xi ao Yan Ta primary school,and whether the elastic band fitness exercise can be used as a learning The school-based curriculum content of physical education.The results show that: after 12 weeks of teaching experiment,the experimental indexes of vital capacity and 50 meter run in the control group have significa nt differences,which have a positive impact,but there are no significant differences in the three experimental indexes of sit forward flexion,1 minute sit up s and 1 minute rope skipping.This shows that the physical education curriculum content of the students in the "level two" stage arranged by Xi’an Xiao Yan Ta primary school pays mo re attention to the development of speed and explosive force,and focuses on t rack and field events;after the experiment,the experimental group students ha ve significant differences in four experimental indexes: vital capacity,sitting for ward,one minute sit ups and one minute rope skipping,which have a positive impact,but the experiment of 50 meter run There was no significant differenc e in indicators.On the whole,there are significant differences in the two expe rimental indicators of the control group students,and there is no significant dif ference in the three experimental indicators,while there are significant differenc es in the four indicators of the experimental group students,only one indicator has no significant difference.Therefore,the physical education course of the e xperimental group with the elastic band fitness exercise as the content is better than the physical education course arranged by Xi’an Xiao Yan Ta primary scho ol.The elastic band fitness exercise can be one of the school-based physical e ducation courses.To sum up,we can draw a conclusion: the school-based characteristic cou rse of physical education with the content of elastic band aerobics can meet th e needs of students in the "level two" stage of physical education,and can enr ich the school-based course content of physical education.During the 12 week experiment,I communicated with the students and found that the elastic band calisthenics with game and multi person cooperation elements attracted the int erest of most students through the game teaching content and practice,which i mproved the enthusiasm of students to participate in sports activities,and let st udents form good sports habits by participating in sports activities. |
