| Purpose: In order to promote the effective improvement of the core strength of Junior Male Basketball Players,this article introduces elastic band training into the core strength training of Junior Male Basketball Players,aiming to explore the impact of elastic band training on the core strength of Junior Male Basketball Players through experiments.So as to improve the training effect,enrich the training content,but also provide theoretical basis and practical reference for basketball coaches and teachers.Methods: This article adopts literature method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.20 students from the men’s basketball team of Jiucang Middle School in Renhuai City are used as the experimental subjects.Core strength(core endurance,core explosive power,core part Stability)and basketball specific skills(dribbling speed,passing power,rebounding)as test indicators.The experiment was randomly divided into two groups,namely elastic band training(experimental group)and traditional strength training(control group).After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,various indicators of the two groups of students were tested and compared before and after the two groups of students Test the degree of change in performance,and analyze and explore the impact of elastic band training on the core strength and special skills of Junior Male Basketball Players,so as to verify the training effect and draw experimental conclusions.Results:1.After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,the core endurance of the experimental group and the control group(trunk flexor endurance test,trunk extensor endurance test,left and right side trunk flexor endurance test),core explosive force(20s sit-ups)The index data of stability and core position(standing on one foot with eyes closed)have very significant differences within the groups(P<0.01);among the groups,the experimental group is significantly larger than the control group,and there is a significant difference(P<0.05).2.After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,the index data of 15m×2 dribble return,passing distance test,30 s continuous jump and rebound in the experimental group and the control group have very significant differences within the group(P<0.01);The experimental group was significantly larger than the control group between the groups,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Elastic band training can effectively improve the core strength of junior male basketball players.2.Elastic band training can effectively improve the core endurance,core explosive power,core stability,dribbling speed,passing distance,and rebounding ability of junior male basketball players. |
