| Javelin throwing is a kind of throwing event in field competition.At the same time,it is also a complex multi axis rotating and physical leading fast force event,which integrates speed,strength and technology,and has the characteristics of changing from periodic action to non periodic action.The shooting speed of javelin is the leading factor that affects the special score,while strength is the basis of speed.The improvement of the special force of javelin is a core part of the whole training.Elastic belt training is one of the elastic belt resistance training method,also is a very common in modern physical training training methods,mainly through a elastic band,the purpose of the various training important means in sports training,can coordinate the whole body muscle strength,the development of effective conforms to the special characteristics of muscle strength and explosive force,and can make the practitioners of competitive ability to obtain the effective improvement.By analyzing the special technology of javelin and its biomechanical characteristics,this study combined the characteristics and principles of the elastic belt to design the content of applying the elastic belt to the special strength training of javelin.This paper USES the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to analyze 12 indicators of special force evaluation of javelin.Then 16 young javelin throwers from qingshan district amateur sports school in wuhan were grouped into groups.The experimental group was trained with elastic straps,while the control group was trained with barbells.Finally,the following conclusions can be drawn by comparing the changes of the measurement results of 12 indicators of athletes in the two groups:1.The content of elastic belt training has certain pertinence.Based on the principle of javelin technical movement,this paper analyzes the main muscle groups in the run-up and the last force generating stage,and then divides the main muscle groups in the maximum strength training and the main muscle groups in the rapid strength training according to the training purpose,and designs the content of 15 maximum strength training for javelin and 12 fast strength training for javelin.The load strength is controlled by changing the elongation and resistance of the elastic band.2.In maximum strength training of javelin,elastic band training has positive training effect on maximum strength of upper limbs,maximum strength of trunk and maximum strength of lower limbs.Among them,the effect of elastic band training on maximum strength of ankle joint is better than that of barbell training,which reflects the advantage of elastic band training in developing muscle strength of small muscle groups.3.In the javelin rapid strength training,the elastic band training has an effect on the lower extremity rapid strength training of the young javelin athletes,and has more advantages in the upper extremity fast strength,trunk fast strength and whole body fast strength.On the one hand,it reflects the specialization and pertinence of elastic belt training.On the other hand,it reflects the advantage of elastic band training to strengthen the association between muscle groups,enhance the coordination between technical movements and improve the training rate.4.In terms of javelin performance,there are significant differences between elastic band training and barbell weight training,indicating that elastic band training and barbell weight training have positive effects on javelin performance. |
