| With the accelerating urbanization process,rural residential communities have become a unique product of the urbanization process.The establishment of rural residential communities promotes a new living mode and lifestyle,and the "mutual watch" of rural community acquaintances is gradually disappearing.This study takes L community in Zhuzhou City as an example,and through the investigation of the construction status of good-neighborly community in L community,it is found that the interaction frequency between the community residents is low,the communication depth is not enough,the community self-organization activity is not strong,the residents’ recognition of social organizations is low,the utilization rate of communication platform is low,and the community activities are simple.Therefore,the construction of the good-neighborly community from farmers to residents needs to arouse our attention.I collect data mainly through in-depth interviews and my own participation,and carry out research on social work’s involvement in the construction of good-neighborly communities from rural residents to rural residents.This article uses the professional working methods of group work and community work to explore the new mode of social work involved in the construction of good-neighborly community from rural to residential areas.This research is divided into five modules.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background and significance,literature review,research ideas and framework.The second part is the present situation of the construction of the good-neighborly community in L community,which is expounded from the aspects of historical evolution,resource distribution,existing problems and the feasibility of social work intervention.The third part is the implementation of L community neighborly community construction team work;The fourth part is the implementation of neighborly community construction in L community.The fifth part is the deficiency of social work involved in the construction of the good-neighborly community of rural residents and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Neighborly and friendly living environment is one of the important factors related to the happiness of residents.Help farmers to turn the good-neighborly and the construction of the community,for the residents to build communication platform,homo habilis mining community,fostering community self-organization,joint participation in community affairs,create a comfortable living environment for residents,is an important part of grassroots governance issues,therefore,the study of farmers to turn in the neighbourhood community construction is to draw lessons from the reality of the value. |
