Research On Talents Training Mode Of College-Enterprise Cooperation Of Higher Vocational Colleges In China

By researching theories on talents training mode of college-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,this thesis analyzed the achievements and dilemma of talents training mode in China;based on which and through methods of field survey and case study,it took Fujiain’s higher vocational colleges for example,and investigated and analyzed the “Dual System” talent training mode in Fujian.Furthermore,the thesis analyzed typical cases of “Dual System” in Fujian’s colleges,concluded experience such as to choose trial majors accurately,select cooperation enterprises strictly,and formulate program plans scientifically,etc.,and figured out problems such as insufficient policies from the government,not enough perception about programs both from colleges and enterprises,conflict between work and study in the programs,room for improvement in the construction of curriculum system,room for optimization of teaching mode,room for perfection of cooperation operation mechanism,and so on.At last,it proposed some improvement measures for government,higher vocational colleges,enterprises and industry associations,aiming at further promoting the development of “Dual System”talent training mode in Fujian.
