The Study Of Personnel Training Mode Of College-enterprise Cooperation In Vocational Colleges

What is the fatal weakness of the current vocational education in China? Yuan Guiren, the Secretary of Education has clearly pointed out that the weakness exists in college-enterprise cooperation, which is the focus of the reform and development of vocational education in future and the aporia which deserves our effort to probe and resolve. On the basis of reading lots of documents, this paper has summarized the research achievements of the personnel training mode of college-enterprise cooperation from home and abroad. Meanwhile, this paper, combining the specific situation of China, has roundly and deeply discussed the problems of the current college-enterprise cooperation in China. This paper includes four parts. The first part is introduction. It has presented distinctly the details of this paper by explaining the research significance, the research status at home and abroad, the research method and the framework. The second part has explained the related conceptions which including the connotation, the development mode and the significance of college-enterprise cooperation. The third part has analyzed carefully the existing problems, which are problems about students, the college, the enterprises and the lacking of law guarantee system, of the current college-enterprise cooperation based on the investigation of the Tourism major of Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College. The fourth part has discussed policies promoting the college-enterprise cooperation to develop in the direction of far-reaching. These policies are enhancing the management of students to improve their quality; advancing teaching reform to complete teaching management; mobilizing fully the activity of enterprises to intensify the college-enterprise cooperation; transferring government functions to carry forward the college-enterprise cooperation.The main innovation place of this paper is choosing a certain major in a college which the college-enterprise cooperation is developed well as a pointcut to make empirical analysis which has been supported by datas. This paper has provided reference to those college-enterprise cooperations of the same level. This paper also has some defects. For example, the writer ponders over the problem of college-enterprise cooperation just from the perspective of the college rather than from that of enterprises and the government. Therefore, the bias is inevitable. The paper will be more substantial if investigations of cooperative enterprises and the local government are added.
