| School-enterprise cooperation is an important research topic of higher vocational education development.With the deepening of the process of national industrialization and the adjustment of the industrial structure of the economy,school-enterprise cooperation is a new requirement for the personnel training mode of higher education.It has important significance to research on school-enterprise cooperation.Because the research can improve the cognitive of higher vocational education personnel training mode,perfect the theoretical research and practical application of the personnel training mode of School-enterprise cooperation.This paper uses literature research method,comparative method,case-study approach and other ways to carry out investigation and study.In this paper,the situations of school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed.This paper also expounds the background and significance of the research.By studying typical mode of school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the definition,connotation,characteristics and necessity of personnel training mode.This paper studies the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in Zhangzhou Institute of Technology,explores the personnel training mode of school-enterprise cooperation and investigates the situation of implementation.This paper introduces the mode of cultivating talents with the characteristics of combining work with study and combining with school-enterprise cooperation,which is formed in practice in Zhangzhou Institute of Technology after more than 30 years of practice in higher vocational education.Through the school-enterprise cooperation mode,the school has achieved certain success in the service of local economic construction,inside and outside the training practice base,the curriculum system reform and professional teaching team construction.At the same time,the paper also analyzes the problems existing in enterprise,school,student and society in the process of school enterprise cooperation.Combined with the valuable experience of the personnel training mode of school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad,the paper puts forward the optimization stategy from the organization and leadership institutions,education and teaching model,safeguard measures and other aspects.This paper summarizes the experiences from the cases based training mode of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in vocational colleges,seeks for the measures to optimize the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation at the present stage,and explores the direction of the development of talent-training mode in higher vocational colleges. |
