Based On The German "dual System", The Research On The Cooperation Between Schools And Enterprises In Higher Vocational Education

Higher vocational education in our country raise as the rise of short-term vocational colleges around the country especially some Middle-sized cities in 1980 s.Until the end of 20 th century,higher vocational education school began to introduce school-enterprise cooperation which is featured by the combination of labor and teaching,the alternation of job and study.Since then,the concept of higher vocational education in our country keep up with the times and practice gradually better and better,which means higher vocational education in our country is toward the road with Chinese characteristics.We know that school-enterprise cooperation had made some achievement in the development of Higher vocational education,and had its advantage in our society,which take a positive role in the talent cultivation and the development of market economy.However,school-enterprise cooperation still in the stage of exploration,and has some difficulties and problems: the responsibility,the right and the benefit of the main manage part of school-enterprise cooperation is not clear;cooperative system of Higher vocational education is not perfect;school-enterprise cooperation lack the third part which take the role of coordinating;school-enterprise cooperation lack special laws;the problem of fund raising;the enough attention from society,higher education school and enterprise for school-enterprise cooperation.In this study,I use questionnaire method and documentary method to understand the mode of vocational education of Germany dual system and the station of our country's school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education.And I have learn the insufficient of existing study.And then I use themethod of comparative analysis to analyze the difference of China and German of school-enterprise cooperation,in the hope of Seek countermeasures for dealing the problems of school-enterprise cooperation in our country.At the same time,I make some survey study to deepen the understanding of school-enterprise cooperation in our country.There are four chapters in this paper.In the introduction part,I mainly introduce the importance of this research and how to research,also introduce the research situation at home and abroad.Chapter two is to explain some main concepts and theoretical principle.Chapter three is the introduction ofGermany dual system which is the excellent paradigm over the world.Chapter four is the research of the actual situation of School-enterprise cooperation in our country,including the existed problems and difficulties.The last chapter mainly try to solve the existed problem by drawing the experience of German,intending to solve the existing problems.Ways including: intensify the function and position of guild in higher vocational education;Strengthening the construction of school-based teaching textbookCombining with the actual;To strengthen the construction of double teaching staff;establish special agency for higher vocational education;Establish a system of running a school system;Build a 21 st century new system of higher vocationaleducation;to clear the policy of responsibility,right,benefit of school and enterprise,which give priority to develop of vocational education;Construct of vocational education national decision-making mechanism;Reform vocational education funds investment safeguard mechanism;To change the traditional ideas;Form the correct education;and so on.
