According to the Report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.To enter a new era and realize the great dream,we must struggle for great projects and great causes.Industrial transformation and updating and innovation-driven development bring the change of talents ’ structure and quality.Low-end operational technicians are gradually eliminated,and a large number of skilled technical talents are urgently needed.However,the effective supply of skilled technical talents is seriously insufficient.Higher vocational education is an important training source of middle and senior technical talents in China.After years of reform and development,the problem of insufficient supply of high-quality technical talents has not been solved,which indicates that the structure and quality of Higher Vocational Education in China can not effectively meet the requirements of economic and social development.Therefore,it is necessary to study the training mode of higher vocational colleges to promote the higher vocational education transfer to the characteristic education and the high-quality education.The researcher sorted out the relevant literature of the school-enterprise cooperation Training Model in Higher Vocational Colleges,and found that although the expression of talent training model is various,scholars have reached some consensus,that is,the talent training model is both theoretical and practical process,with some characteristics such as operational.Each school has its own talent training mode,but they are basically running under the mode of schoolenterprise cooperation.This research investigates the current situation in the school-enterprise cooperation training mode in higher vocational colleges,to explore the outstanding problems,find out the reasons and put forward countermeasures.This research adopts the methods of literature research,observation and investigation,investigated 249 students and 4 enterprises in three higher vocational colleges of Chongqing,Guizhou and Jiangsu,interviewed 7 higher vocational teachers and 1 expert from vocational and technical education,combined with my own experience and observation in higher vocational colleges,have found that the current situation are: higher vocational colleges are changing from subject-oriented to ability-oriented training mode,from academic-oriented to dual certificate-oriented;the theoretical studies are gradually decreasing,and the practical training are increasing;the school-enterprise cooperation are actively carried out,but still in the shallow layer;the teachers’ training are strengthened,the training bases are actively updated;The theoretical learning of students is sufficient,but the skill training and practical training are not yet enough.Based on the Path Dependence Theory,this research found that there are four problems in current training mode of higher vocational colleges: the dependence on training objectives,the dependence on training contents,the dependence on training methods and the dependence on training evaluation.After further analysis of the survey results,this research also found that the main reasons for the problems of higher vocational colleges talent training mode lies in school-enterprise cooperation and teacher training.In fact,colleges are solely responsible for training talents,enterprise don’t participate in talents training;the law to school-enterprise cooperation are not clear,and the benefit compensation systems for enterprise are not perfect;the enterprises didn’t get their financial support,so they don’t want to get involved in talent training;school-enterprise cooperation management is chaotic;teachers who teach theoretical lessons pay to much attention to theory,ignoring technique and practice,and teachers who teach practical lessons rely to much on experience,ignoring their own theory updating.Finally,this research combines with the Resource Dependence Theory and Synergy Theory,puts forward effective countermeasures from the aspects of concept collaboration,law collaboration,fund collaboration,management collaboration,teacher training collaboration: both school and enterprise should change from "school-enterprise cooperation" to "school-enterprise collaboration",and share the responsibility of talents training;legally,schools and enterprises should clearly share their authority,responsibility and interest in talents training;the allocation of funds and managements should be cleared to protect the interestsof enterprise;“dual-qualified” teacher team should be equipped with both theory and practice,and actively improving talent training evaluation mechanism.The innovation of this research is,firstly,most of the existing literature are case studies,this research explores the common characteristics of talent training mode of higher vocational colleges in West and East parts of China.Secondly,most of the existing research are based on speculation or experience,this research carried out questionnaire and interview survey and providing survey data,to a certain extent,made up for the shortcomings of previous studies.Thirdly,this research proposes the transformation from “school-enterprise cooperation”to “school-enterprise cooperation” and specific measures,which has certain practical significance.
