In the stage of deepening the reform and standardizing the development of Preschool Education in China,we are faced with two major problems:Popularization and quality improvement.Group kindergarten is an important way to improve the quality of kindergarten.In China,the county is an important first-level administrative country subdivision,which lies between the city and the countryside,and plays a connecting role in the development of preschool education.Public kindergartens play an important role in the development and quality promotion of Preschool Education in the county due to their advantages of relatively concentrated resources.The group kindergarten of public kindergartens in county area is helpful to promote the revitalization of rural pre-school education.Logistics management plays an important role in the development of kindergarten education,which is different from that of other school sections.It is decided that logistics management is also an important supplement and organic part of kindergarten education because of the characteristics of preschool life,it has certain educational function and educational value.At present,the research on the group management of public kindergartens in the county is booming,but the research on the logistics management of public kindergartens in the county is relatively few.Therefore,this study tries to use qualitative research methods to improve the logistics management of public kindergarten education groups in the county,through reading and sorting out a large number of documents,summing up the present research situation,laying the theoretical foundation for the research,and selecting s kindergarten education group of F county in central Anhui Province as the concrete case study object,combining the research theme,focusing on the investigation of the current situation and elements of logistics management of public kindergarten education groups in the county,under the guidance of qualitative research methods,in-depth study of the object,in-depth interviews were conducted with four categories of personnel involved in logistics management based on field observations and the collection and collation of raw data,and all data were coded and analysed in depth using Nvivo12 qualitative analysis software.This study found that the logistics management development of county-level public kindergarten education group is affected by the policy and presents stage characteristics.The main elements of logistics management of Public Kindergarten Education Group in County area are personnel,system,method,organization,efficiency,idea and goal.The management and appointment autonomy of the logistics personnel of the county-level public kindergarten education group is limited,the degree of personnel specialization is not enough,and the assessment mechanism is not perfect;the logistics management system has taken shape,and the contents of the system cover relatively comprehensive,but the system construction lags behind,does not become the system,the system cognition is insufficient,the logistics management method pays attention to the information technology pays attention to the democracy,the fine degree is not high;In practice,the logistics organization structure has formed a group logistics command system under the responsibility of the head of the logistics department,which has a certain logistics management network,and the specific plan for organizational change is not yet clear,efficiency Improvement is faced with challenges and pressure,integration management has not been realized,the degree of collectivization is not high and innovation is not enough,logistics management culture has not really formed;The goal of logistics management is to innovate on the basis of orderly operation,and the specialization of management has not been realized yet.This study also obtained seven suggestions for improvement:Personnel Management with specialization as the core,the whole process of institutionalized management,innovative design of management methods,organizational improvement model with function and scale fit,group logistics management efficiency model,humanistic management concept construction,social effect goal orientation.
