After the pattern of high college formed through the period of Chinese planned economy, the colleges always conduct the logistics themselves: the designed mechanism and administration are the main mechanism of logistics running. But as the developing of Chinese high education, those mechanisms can't adapt to the demand of college. Chinese State Council and Ministry of Education publish serial policies to socialize the college logistics, and gained a remarkable achievement in all over the China.The socialization of high college logistics in GuiZhou province state late, and develop quickly. It gains a great achievement from 2001, but there are also many questions. As one of high vocational college, GuiZhou Electric Vocational and Technical (GEVT) start the socialization reform actively, it embody the successful experiences and refract some insufficiencies from the reform course.The thesis apply GEVT 's logistics service center's management as example, analyze and summarize the existent questions of high college logistics group in GuiZhou province, , assess and advise of corporation management, promoting configuration of manpower resource, establishing the corporation culture.The college logistics group should to be enterprise finally and the corporative independent principal part, which isn't based on market inside the college but also grow the market outside. So the college logistics group should insist on corporation operation, refining management, economizing cost, constituting strategic layout to develop and expand, train reserve talent, build corporation culture actively at same time, hold to the character of commonweal, ensure student's benefit at most limit. Only through those, the socialization of logistics can deepen and gain more achievement, and assure Chinese high education progress smoothly.
