| At present,the school age population has entered a new period of rise.The supply of educational resources is obviously inadequate.People’s demand for high quality education becomes even larger.Government brings pre-school education into the important agenda of the government work.We will vigorously develop pre-school education as an important task and a major livelihood project to enhance the scientific development of education.To ensure the school-age children attending basic and high-quality pre-school education,first priority for public kindergartens is to guide the development of pre-school education in an area.Kindergarten group can promote the equity of preschool education,while public kindergarten group running is to achieve the replication and radiation of high-quality educational resources,laying a foundation for the popularization of preschool education.The purpose of this study is to take the Longgang Early Education Group in Shenzhen as an example to conduct in-depth research and systematic reflection on the problems and practices in the development process of education group running.The author achieves the goal by: firstly,literature researching the topics of “group running of public kindergarten”;secondly,investigating through the questionnaires and interviews about Shenzhen Longgang Early Education Group,including its basic situation,management and operation model;thirdly,collecting the interviews and surveys to conclude the existing advantages and problems;finally,this study analyzes the existing problems of group running and brings up the countermeasures,including the construction of group management system,internal personnel training.In conclusion,the study summarizes experiences of running a public kindergarten group and leads deep thinking.The research will provide some reference for the running of the public kindergarten group. |
