Labor education is an important part of cultivating the talents of socialist modernization with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical and labor,and it is of great significance to develop labor education to promote people’s all-round development.Marx believed that education originated from labor,at the same time,he pointed out that the combination of education and productive labor is not only a way to improve social production,but also the only way to create a comprehensive development of people.In recent years,the state strongly advocates the development of primary and secondary school labor education,but in practice,due to the shadow of examination-based education,the idea of score-only theory is difficult to eliminate,compared with intellectual education,labor education can not get due attention,moral education,physical education and aesthetic education also have special compulsory courses,while labor education is weakened relatively serious.In the new era,the state has renewed the requirements of labor education,labor education has once again been pushed into the education boom.Primary school students should not only establish the concept of labor in ideology,but also realize the joy of labor in practice,and promote students’ hard work,honest labor and creative work,which become an important aspect to promote students’ all-round development.Through the literature analysis method,questionnaire method,interview method and observation method,taking Changsha F Primary School as the research background,the school’s third to sixth grade primary school students’ labor education implementation status quo is investigated,in-depth exploration of the current labor education implementation problems,analysis of the deep-seated reasons behind the problem,in order to promote better implementation of labor education,to achieve better implementation results.Through investigation and research,it is found that there are the following problems in the implementation of labor education in F primary school: teachers and students do not know the labor education in place,the implementation of labor education in schools is a single form,the implementation of labor education lack of security conditions.The deep-seated reasons for these problems are: contempt for the traditional concept of productive labor,the examination mechanism of examination-taking education,the unreasonable setting of school education objectives,the unreasonable allocation of school education resources,the parents’ doting of their children,the impact of science and technology products on human labor.Therefore,according to the problems and the causes of the problems,the author from the F primary school currently exists in the three major problem plates,put forward the corresponding targeted measures:improve the labor thought of teachers and students(face up to the connotation and significance of labor education,clear labor education objectives);Improve the evaluation and appraisal mechanism and build a practical base of labor education). |
