Research On Optimization Path Of Campus Football "Regular Match"

In recent years,Chinese students’ physique is not good,football talent shortage,the national football team in the world championship record is not good.In order to change the status quo,this paper combines the spirit of the policy documents related to campus football and "regular match",and adopts the research methods such as literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,field investigation and mathematical statistics.Taking the optimization path of campus football "regular match" as the research object,through the investigation and research of the implementation of campus football "regular match" in the characteristic school of campus football in Gulou District of Nanjing,the problems existing in the implementation of campus football "regular match" are found,and the reasonable optimization path is put forward to better promote the development of campus football "regular match".The research found that:(1)In terms of policy and system,the "regular match" has been proposed for a short time,and the specific optimization path for reference has not yet been formed.Although the "regular match" system of campus football exists,it needs to be improved.(2)In terms of community society,the value of campus football "regular matches" related activities has not been fully developed,and the football fields in the Gulou District of Nanjing have not been fully and efficiently utilized throughout the whole time.(3)In terms of organizing schools,teachers and venues are insufficient,football performance is not distributed evenly,some schools campus football "regular match" activity position is single,at the same time,the level of compiling school-based textbooks is uneven,there is no detailed preparation for "regular match",cannot meet the needs of current students and campus football "regular match" and other problems.(4)In the aspect of interpersonal family,parents,teachers and other people who have close relationship with campus football "regular game" participants,most of them love football program and support it most of the time,but in the face of heavy academic work and the inherent "score theory" concept,they will interfere and hinder the campus football "regular game" activity that consumes too long.(5)In terms of personal psychology,the participants themselves all love football and are willing to participate in campus football "regular game" related activities,but the motivation of participation is different.The functional departments of the Gulou District government organize various activities to meet the needs and motivations of students as much as possible,but the campus routes can continue to be enriched and popularized.In view of the problems existing in the implementation,the following optimization paths are proposed for reference:(1)Improve the policy and system of "regular football matches" on campus,and establish a football promotion mechanism for relevant students.(2)Try to make reasonable use of community resources,allow the school to cooperate with the surrounding community sites and teacher resources during class time,and open the extracurricular time to students for free or preferential treatment.(3)Guarantee the school conditions,improve the teachers,increase the number of fields,and optimize the linkage between departments.Improve school-based materials and use school time(4)to encourage family support and(5)to meet individual participation needs...
