With the development and progress of society, more and more young people, considering factors such as job opportunities, family expenses, and personal development, have changed their views on family and choose to entrust their children to their grandparents for upbringing. As a result,a type of family where grandparents are the primary caregivers has emerged, and this situation is particularly common in rural households. While there are advantages to this intergenerational caregiving arrangement, there are also many shortcomings that can lead to unhealthy family dynamics, affecting not only the functioning of the family but also causing more complex family conflicts that can impede the individual development of family members. This paper focuses on the rural skipped generation family, treats the family situation from the perspective of superiority and social support for the interaction and Intergenerational conflict caused by the skipped generation upbringing, uses structural family therapy to intervene in the family, breaks the existing relationship entanglement and alienation, joint confrontation and other family structures, and reshapes the benign family structure, and then improves the interaction mode and alleviates the intergenerational conflict,Realize the benign interaction between family members and the development of members themselves. In terms of intervention methods, the classic paradigm of "four-step intervention" is followed, and the ten talks and activities are divided into four stages.First of all,the situation of the host family is understood, and professional relationships of mutual trust are established with the host family members.Interview and observation methods are used in combination with the "Family Density and Adaptability Scale" to predict, diagnose, and analyze the causes of the host family relationship, family structure, and interaction patterns,And draw a family structure diagram to clarify member relationships and interactions. After formal intervention, through interaction with family members, help the family face up to problems, clarify boundaries, break down old and unhealthy family structures, help the family reshape a new and healthy family structure, change parenting and interaction concepts, and link relevant parenting and interaction skills resources to improve the family interaction model.Analysis and evaluation of the changed family structure and interaction mode were conducted through evaluation methods such as process evaluation, intervention effectiveness evaluation, goal achievement evaluation, and service object satisfaction evaluation. The intervention effect was relatively obvious. Finally, the author analyzed the intervention process and summarized the improvement ideas for the intergenerational parenting family interaction model, reflecting on the compatibility, local adaptability, and limitations of structured family therapy.
