| The physical health of children and adolescents has a great influence on the overall health status of the country and the future health level.Under the current national environment of paying attention to the physical health of children and students and badminton being included in the college entrance examination sports in many places,badminton has become a hot sport for children to exercise.In badminton competition,one of the favorable factors to win is to have the ability of fast special moving speed,and to play high-quality return ball,you must have the ability to move to the ball point quickly,so as to grasp the initiative of the game and win the game.Therefore,special mobility is an essential quality for an excellent badminton player.9-11 years old belongs to children.Children in this age group are lively and active,with strong curiosity and difficulty in concentration.The traditional special mobile training is monotonous and boring,and long-term training is easy to cause enthusiasm decline and it is difficult to cultivate interest.The ladder training method is flexible and varied,and the training content is diversified.It is easy for students in childhood to cultivate interest and improve their enthusiasm,which can not only improve their concentration and neuromuscular control,but also effectively reduce the boredom during training.Promote the all-round development of children’s physical qualities.In this paper,by using the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,the effects of traditional training and ladder training on the special moving speed ability of badminton players aged 9-11 are studied and analyzed experimentally.In this paper,60 badminton players from Shijiazhuang Children’s Amateur Sports School are taken as experimental objects to carry out experiments in the experimental group and the control group.Both the control group and the experimental group added the traditional special mobile exercise and the ladder training method respectively on the basis of the formal class.The results of the experimental test were in the form of x(average)s(standard deviation),and they were tested by independent sample T test and paired sample T test,aiming to provide reference for the training and teaching of badminton special mobile ability for teenagers and improve the teaching and training effect.The results show that:1.Both the traditional special movement training method and the ladder training method can effectively improve the athletes’ special movement ability.2.After 12 weeks of special mobile training,the content of traditional special mobile training is relatively simple.If it goes on for a long time,athletes will have negative and antagonistic feelings,which will affect the training effect and cause the athletes’ special mobile ability to improve slowly.3.After 12 weeks of ladder training,the training content is novel and interesting,which is easy to stimulate the positive emotions of athletes,and it is better for them to put themselves into the training,so that the athletes’ special mobility can be improved faster than the traditional special mobility training methods.4.In the experimental group,boys and girls aged 9 and 10 have improved twice as much as those in the control group in 20 four-point runs and field movements.5.The experimental group’s 11-year-old boys and girls improved about three times as much as the control group in 20 four-point runs and field movements. |
