Researchon Network Public Opinion Management In Lcityinthe New Media Era

Public opinion is the vane of public opinion.Public opinion management plays an important role in listening to public opinion,gathering wisdom,and gathering people’s hearts.It is also an important evaluation index for the public’s ability to handle government crises.In the new media era,self-media,such as “two micro and one end”,live broadcast software,Douyin,etc.continue to integrate into the public’s political participation,especially the development of big data,5G,Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence.Technical support has been provided to broaden the communication channels between the government and the public,improve the efficiency of communication,and promote the disclosure of government information;on the other hand,it also increases the difficulty of public opinion management,and the spread of online public opinion crisis is fast,with a large scope of communication.The wide spread and large impact require the government to improve the efficiency of handling public crisis events and strengthen the ability to manage public opinion on the Internet.In recent years,there have been frequent online public opinion incidents in City L.Although certain achievements have been made in responding to the rapid development of online public opinion in the new media environment,with the continuous update of new mobile Internet technologies,the information dissemination methods and contents have become more abundant.The city is constantly facing new challenges in dealing with the emergent public opinion on the Internet.This article is based on the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,through research and analysis of the "2016 L city nuclear waste network public opinion incident".It is found that there is an unsound network public opinion management system in L City,and the public opinion management lacks multiple collaboration and co-governance,and public opinion handling Lack of professionalism,big data network public opinion guidance strategy and other issues to be explored,and analyze the reasons for the problems,including the lack of network public opinion management mechanism,lack of network management talents,etc.,and finally how to deal with the current L city In-depth research and discussion on network emergencies,combined with local actual conditions,targeted relevant countermeasures and suggestions,and provided empirical reference for how to deal with the emergence of network emergencies in L City in the future.
