Social Work Intervention Study On Psychological Anxiety Among Young Nurses

Young nurses have low qualifications and lack of experience.Faced with busy nursing work,they are under great psychological pressure,and their overall anxiety is more serious than that of the general population.The outbreak of the new coronavirus(COVID-19)has aggravated the anxiety of young nurses.In the context of the post-epidemic situation,the psychological anxiety of young nurses deserves attention.In this study,the anxiety status of 756 young nurses in Lianyungang D hospital was counted by questionnaire.The average anxiety score of young nurses in D hospital was higher than the national norm.Trait coping style,social support and work life pressure were the demand factors to alleviate the anxiety of young nurses in D hospital.In this study,12 young nurses with anxiety symptoms were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Using cognitive behavior theory and social support network theory,the intervention group carried out six "happy mind" group activities with different themes,and evaluated the intervention process and results by using the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.The study found that the social work intervention project of "happy mind" group can improve the psychological anxiety of young nurses in D hospital,and reduce the overall anxiety level of the intervention objects.After the implementation of the intervention project,the post test score of the self-rated anxiety scale of the members of the intervention group was significantly lower than the pre-test score of the intervention group,which was statistically significant.From the qualitative evaluation of the intervention,the members of the intervention group gained relevant knowledge to alleviate anxiety and changed their unreasonable cognition of anxiety problems;Enhance the ability to actively deal with anxiety and be good at discovering their own advantages and abilities;It has expanded the social support network and improved the sense of identity with the medical and nursing profession.
