Adolescents are in a period of physiological development,which is also a sensitive period of development.The immaturity of psychological development leads to greater emotional fluctuations.In the process of physiological,psychological,and ideological changes,due to the lack of appropriate adaptive ability and control ability,it can easily lead to emotional problems.The lack of emotional self-control is a common problem in the youth of today,which has seriously affected the formation of healthy psychology and personality of adolescents.The problem of young people in the country is increasing,ranging from school violence to social violence,especially violence and violence against young people,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of young people.This phenomenon has aroused a wide range of social attention to the emotional problems of young people.It can be seen from this that social work interventions that enhance the emotional self-control of young people are particularly important.By analyzing the needs of students in L school,the factors influencing the emotional self-control of senior high school students are mainly manifested in two aspects:personal factors and environmental factors.The circular understands the reasons for the lack of emotional self-control in adolescents,and specifically designs the activities of the group to improve the emotional self-control in adolescents.The study attempted to combine group work with school social work to conduct group activities on individual factors that affect young people's emotional self-control,help them learn emotional knowledge,explore their own emotional problems,and master and develop their own emotional control methods.In order to achieve better development.In this paper,we take the students of the senior high school of L school as the service object,and try to design the group activity plan according to the three aspects of emotional self-cognition,emotional self-expression,and emotional self-control of emotional self-control.Practical study on the improvement of emotional self-control in teenagers in group work.To analyse the factors that influence the emotional self-control of adolescents through group activities,to equip the group members with relevant emotional knowledge in a targeted manner,and to assess and summarize the improvement of the emotional self-control of adolescents in the group activities and the performance of the group members.In order to achieve the goal of enhancing the emotional self-control of teenagers.In the process of group activities,it is mainly through the use of demonstration,visualization system desensitization,scene simulation,etc.To help the group members form correct emotional cognition,emotional expression,and reasonable emotional control skills training.Deepen the perception and understanding of emotion in group interaction,and provide reference and experience for the group work in enhancing the emotional self-control of young people.
