Adolescents are at a critical stage in the transition from adolescence to adulthood.During this period,young people have unbalanced in physical and mental development,emotional fluctuations,and self-consciousness.There is no way to better adjust and adapt in the face of some pressure and negative emotions.Social anxiety is one of the negative feelings that adolescents will face more or less.It causes adolescents to be nervous in a social context and affects their sleep,appetite and physical condition.In the face of social anxiety,most young people choose to reduce social interactions to avoid them,and in the long run affect their normal lives,study and social status.This article examines high school freshmen in adolescent groups.The causes of social anxiety for high school students are personal,family,and social.In this paper,through interviews with L-school high school students,the personal factors leading to social anxiety are mainly high school students' introversion,self-perception bias,and lack of social communication skills.Family factors are mainly family economic conditions are relatively poor,family education methods are not appropriate,and family structures are missing.Social factors are mainly the limitations of school education concepts,the distress of peer relationships and the complexity of the social environment.Professor Henderson's social work practice on social anxiety shows that cognitive behavioral theories,methods,and skills are effective in improving social anxiety groups.In view of the individual factors of social anxiety generated by senior high school students,this article attempts to use cognitive behavior therapy as a theoretical guide,combined with social skills training,and uses group work methods to intervene high school students' social anxiety.Seven group activities were conducted to try to help team members correctly understand social anxiety.Change irrational cognition,increase self-confidence,and improve social skills.The effect of intervention on the effectiveness of the intervention was evaluated through the Communicative Anxiety Scale.The results showed that the group intervention guided by the cognitive behavior theory had a certain effect on relieving social anxiety,enhancing self-confidence,and improving social skills in our country's adolescents.
