Seamen due to the long-term working environment is closed,as well as the hard work,high-risk type,resulting in this group of seafarers appeared a lot of problems.Among them,the job burnout of young seafarers is not only an important problem to face in the process of building a "maritime power",but also the most common and urgent problem in the professional group of seafarers.This study is based on the emotional ABC method,social learning theory,and the advantage of the theory throughout the whole process,through the research found young seafarers burnout,explore the causes of its emergence,focus on the physical and mental health and their own advantage,using case work professional method to solve the burnout problem,improve their self-regulation ability,enhance professional identity.This study adopts the research method combining quantitative research and qualitative research,for data collection and qualitative research.The questionnaire to the company is engaged in the seafarers this career staff,after a series of questionnaire collection and analysis,found burnout problem of young seafarers,and found with burnout problem of young seafarers,through the interview analysis found that young seafarers burnout problem mainly includes three types: low type,interpersonal relationship type,lower sense of achievement.Based on the above types,three typical cases were selected to intervene in the case work to help them solve the problem of job burnout and set up a correct career view.After the case intervention of the three service objects,they were evaluated,and the MBI-GS burnout scale was issued again for post-test.Through the t-test,it can be seen that the burnout problem of the service objects was effectively alleviated.Researchers according to the above problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,involving social policy,environment,enterprise,family,individuals and other aspects,comprehensive help alleviate the young seafarers job burnout problem,promote social stability and harmony,for the development of shipping industry contribute our own strength,actively build a socialist ocean power.The practical intervention by case work method opens a new interventional perspective for the practical exploration of job burnout of young seafarers,and enriches the application scope of case work practice.
