The current population flow in China has shown new characteristics, which fundamentally changes the production and lifestyle of the floating population in the influx area, and also poses new challenges for the management and service of the cities in the inflow area.Among them, family migration,as one of the important changes in the flow of floating population since the century, refers to the transition of the floating population from a "single-handed" individual flow to part or all of the family members as a whole.Through ffamily migration, the floating population realizes family reunification in the place of inflow, reduces the loneliness of "wandering without support",helps the floating population integrate into the city, and promotes the stability of the floating population’s family. However, there is a natural "conflict" between family and work, and family migration may also become a key factor hindering the improvement of the quality of employment of the migrant population, and this hindering effect is more obvious for migrant women. At the present stage in China, there are large-scale migrant women who "stay but not work" or "move and stay again".The overall employment situation of migrant women is not optimistic. At present, academic research on the reduction of the employment probability of female migrants by family migration has been extensive, but there are few breakdowns of domestic mobility,so it is difficult to obtain the full impact of family migration on female employment rate.Does all family migration necessarily lead to a decrease in the employment probability of married women? Under what circumstances will family migration have the least impact on female employment? What is the impact of different family migration on the employment probability of married women? This is the question considered in this article. Therefore, this article starts from the general background of the family migration, uses the data of the “China Migrants Dynamic Survey” in 2017,divides the family flow from the two aspects of the family flow pattern and the family flow process characteristics, and explores the impact of the family flow under different modes and characteristics. The differential influence of the employment probability of the floating population in marriage, and the comparative analysis of the sample of married men and the sample of married women illustrate the disadvantaged position of women’s employment in the family migration.First, through a descriptive analysis of the basic structure of the migrant population sample, the trend of family migration and employment status,it is found that the gender ratio of the migrant population in my country is gradually decreasing, and family migration has become a new trend of population mobility. The family migrant population accounts for the entire population.98.03% of the married floating population. However, the employment performance of married women showing family migration is not satisfactory, and family care is one of the main reasons for their unemployed.Secondly, this article has conducted a description and comparison of the employment situation of the floating population in marriage under different mobility patterns, and found that the employment probability of the floating population in marriage under different domestic mobility is quite different. In order to further clarify the impact of family migration on the employment of migrant women in marriage, this study takes employment probability as the dependent variable, family migration pattern and family mobility process characteristics as independent variables, and incorporates control variables such as individual characteristics and mobility characteristics to construct a binary logistic. The model is analyzed, and the research results verify that family migration reduces the employment probability of married migrants, especially married female migrants, and also finds that different familyization mobility patterns have a differential impact on employment probability: in terms of family mobility patterns," “ Moving only with spouse” has the lowest negative impact on the employment probability of migrant women in marriage.“ Moving only with children ” significantly reduces the employment probability of married women, and there are still “ paternal job vacancies ” after the migration of the migrant population.Phenomenon, the complete nuclear family mobility of“ move with husband and children ” still has a negative impact on the employment probability of married women, and it is greater than“move with children only”.Within the main family, compared with the incomplete main family, the intact main family migration(“move with parents, husband, and children”)has less negative impact on the employment probability of married women. In terms of the family mobility process, married women who act as the forerunner of family mobility,one-time family mobility, and smaller family mobility have a higher probability of employment. Finally, this article uses a comparative analysis method to compare the influence of family migration among the eastern, central, and western regions on the employment of migrant women in marriage, and finds that the restraint of employment brought about by family migration is manifested in the eastern developed regions. Most prominently, although the eastern region has more employment opportunities and higher wages, the huge pressure of social public services has led to the most prominent "family work conflict" among the migrant population.
