The family education guidance service system,as the "navigator" to ensure the healthy development of family education,bearing the important mission of“Educating people for the Party and Cultivating talents for the Country” at the beginning of its formation.The family education guidance service system is an organic service whole containing various basic elements,aiming at improving the educational quality and behavior of parents and promoting the all-round development of minors through social support outside the family.It emphasizes the integrated construction and coordinated development of various elements.Based on research needs,in order to highlight the positive effect on minors of the family education guidance service system in family education,the thesis defines the cultivating function of the family education guidance service system as: taking the comprehensive development of minors as the goal,taking the parents as the direct object,and taking the family education guidance service system as the implementation carrier,with the full and coordinated development of various constituent elements,constantly highlighting the positive influence and effect on minors’ thoughts,morality,behavior and other aspects.It is based on the theory of Marxist human theory,Marx and Engels’ view of family education,Xi Jinping’s exposition of family,family education and family values construction and the Core socialist values.The cultivating function of the family education guidance service system is mainly manifested as value orientation function,spirit incentive function,personality optimization function and behavior regulation function.The main influential factors include the publicity and enforcement of policies and laws,the management and effectuation of organization,the optimization and integration of service activities and the implementation and improvement of guarantee mechanisms.Through investigation and data study,it is found that the cultivating function of the family education guidance service system has achieved some actual effects in practice,they are policy support tends to be specific,service providers tend to be diversified,service activities tend to be enriched and evaluation mechanism tends to be fixed.However,in the practice of education,there are also practical problems such as imperfect policy and legal system,unclear organizational management function,weak pertinence of service activities and imperfect service guarantee mechanism.Therefore,at the level of policy and law,it is necessary to strengthen strategic guiding role of top-level design and promote the legalization process of service system.At the level of organization and management,it is necessary to strengthen the guiding role of government in education,innovate the carrier function of community in education,highlight the basic strength of school in education and enhance the connection effectiveness of service center.At the level of service activities,it is necessary to form a scientific supply pattern in which service objects are specified,service objectives are defined,service forms are diversified and service contents are enriched.At the level of guarantee mechanism,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of education team,guarantee the supply of funds,improve the evaluation mechanism and optimize the cooperative cultivating mechanism,so as to promote the long-term development of the cultivating function of the family education guidance service system. |
