Family education is an important part of China’s education system.Under the new era background,China’s family education is facing new challenges,the foundation of rural preschool education is weak,and rural areas lack targeted family education guidance services.It is urgent to build a more appropriate family education guidance service system for rural preschool children.This paper takes the institutional environment,guidance subject,promotion subject and management subject in the rural preschool children’s family education guidance service system as the research object.Through a comprehensive analysis of the top-down policy content,management mechanism and specific guidance model in the preschool children’s family education guidance service system,it is found that the current rural areas take the subjective initiative of kindergarten teachers as the fundamental driving force to carry out family education guidance service work.At the same time,The kindergarten work plan deepens the effectiveness of family education guidance,and the management department supervises and promotes the normalization of family education guidance.The "low demand" of parents weakens the specialization of family education guidance.Generally speaking,there are problems such as difficult to form the participation force of family education guidance service subjects,imperfect guidance service institutions and inaccurate guidance contents.Through further exploration,it is found that "leaving agriculture" is the fundamental reason for the low quality of family education guidance service for rural preschool children.The low quality determines that the construction of an effective guidance service system must become a false proposition.At the same time,in the process of system construction,there are also the main reasons for the slow promotion of policies,the imperfect service mechanism,the low degree of specialization of guidance service and the lag of family education concept.Based on the three objectives of "family based education and rural family based education" and "family based education and rural family based education",we should establish a system of family based education and rural children’s pre-school culture,and form a family based educational atmosphere based on the overall goal of "family based education" and "family based education" Establish the sub objectives of the "universal + accurate" guidance service model,clarify the specific responsibilities of the management subject,promotion subject and guidance subject,and establish a perfect monitoring and evaluation system to ensure the efficient operation of the system.Specifically,we should establish and improve the family education policy system,improve the working mechanism of rural preschool children’s family education guidance service system,build a diversified family education guidance service team for preschool children,and form a content system suitable for rural preschool children’s family education guidance service Five ways to innovate the family education guidance mode of rural preschool children by using the "Internet" to promote the construction of an ideal family education guidance service system for rural preschool children at the current stage.
