| Township central kindergartens are the backbone of rural preschool education development,and their construction and development directly affect the overall quality of rural preschool education development.Kindergarten teachers are the core factor that affects the development of kindergartens in township centers.Only efforts to improve the professionalism of kindergarten teachers can promote the development of township center kindergartens and rural preschool education.Paying attention to and improving the living conditions of kindergarten teachers in township centers plays a vital role in implementing national policies and improving the quality of rural preschool education.This research takes 11 township central kindergarten teachers in M City,Hubei Province as the research object,combines questionnaires and interviews to analyze the living conditions of township central kindergarten teachers,reveals the existing problems in the living conditions of township central kindergarten teachers,and explores township central kindergarten teachers Influencing factors of survival status,and finally put forward suggestions to improve the survival status of kindergarten teachers in township centers.The research results show that the social status of teachers in the central kindergarten in towns and townships has been improved,their professional identity has been significantly improved,and the working environment has been optimized.However,due to the weak foundation of preschool education in towns and villages,there are still some problems in the living conditions of kindergarten teachers in town centres:The salary is low;professional pressure is high;teachers’ professional development is difficult;teachers have low expectations for improving their living conditions.According to the existing survey results,the main factors affecting the survival status of kindergarten teachers in township centers include the following four aspects:From a social perspective,traditional ideas and current reports of child abuse news also affect the living conditions of teachers.From the perspective of policy and system,the lack of law,the imperfection of the system and the investment of funds have greatly affected the living conditions of teachers.From the perspective of kindergartens,the management leadership and management system of kindergartens are also important factors that affect the living conditions of teachers.As far as teachers are concerned,the professional quality,subject consciousness and self-expectations of the teachers in the central kindergarten in the township center all affect the teachers’ living conditions.Based on the existing conclusions,suggestions are made to improve the living conditions of teachers in kindergartens in township centers:From a social perspective,enhance the public’s awareness of pre-school education;strengthen the communication between parents and kindergartens.Starting from the policy and system level,speed up the implementation of pre-school education legislation;improve the pre-school education teacher management system;increase financial investment.Starting from the kindergarten,implement humanized management;improve the training and evaluation system for township central kindergartens.Starting from the individual teachers,improve personal professional quality;learn to self-regulate. |
