Research On The Living Conditions Of Inclusive Public Kindergarten Teachers

The work field of universal private kindergartens' teachers is experiencing slow changes with influences of the policy of universal private kindergartens.Teachers who work in universal private kindergartens face a more complex situation than other teachers who work in pure private kindergartens. They gradually adapt and adjust the situation.Focusing on the survival status of universal private kindergartens' teachers is a good way, by which we can help them to improve their living conditions and promote the quality development of preschool education.The paper explores the survival status of universal private kindergartens' teachers in the perspective of the social practice theory conceptualized by Bourdieu.And the paper is by the education research method of questionnaire investigation and interview method.The paper focuses on the survival status of universal private kindergartens' teachers from four aspects,including the salary and other welfare benefits,professional assistance,work environment,interpersonal relationships.The study finds that the policy of universal private kindergartens has the greatest impact on teachers' work environment,followed by professional assistance,interpersonal relationships and the salary and other welfare benefits. Compared with public kindergartens' teachers,universal private kindergartens' teachers are still marginalized.But the survival status of universal private kindergartens' teachers has been improved at a certain extent with influences of the policy of universal private kindergartens.The work environment has improved.Teachers' cultural capital and social capital have been expanded.Universal private kindergartens' teachers express their urgent expectation. The study gives some shallow proposals based on four aspects,which are from government,society,kindergarten and teachers.
