Early childhood education is an important content in many children'development jobs.It is not only concerned with children' prosper growth,but also influence a family and society's development.At the same time,it is regarded as the cornerstone of basic education.But for a long time,preschool teachers are suffering from a huge pressure of occupation.Under this background,the study set high degree preschool teachers as example,the author hopes explore their survival status,experience,career vision and so on.In this study,the survival status of preschool teachers' survival status is taken as the research object.The main research methods are literature review,interview and narrative research.The main part of this paper includes four parts: the first part is the introduction,the background to explain problem,research direction and practical significance.The second part showed and analyzed the survival status of master degree preschool teachers.The third part pointed out the various factors affecting the survival state of master degree preschool teachers' survival state.The fourth part is the conclusion and prospect.The research suggest the main factors influencing the new recruits graduate teachers' survival state are role orientation,professional skills,attitude adjustment factor,kindergarten management,college cultivating mode,cultural influence and society problem.
