Research On The Construction Of The Evaluation System Of The Implementation Effect Of Jingzhou Campus Football Characteristic School

On March 16,2015,the general office of the State Council issued the "overall plan for the reform and development of China’s football",there are five points clearly put forward that we should make full use of the educational function of football.Campus football should be regarded as a basic project to expand the population base of football in China,consolidate the foundation of talents,improve the physical and mental quality of teenagers,and ensure the healthy growth of teenagers.Therefore,in order to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of students,the school should deepen the reform and popularize Campus football activities,at the same time,it should strive to win the approval and support of society and parents,so that more teenagers can participate in campus football In sports,students can really enjoy and love football,and also pave the way for students to experience social life and establish social ethics.Jingzhou campus football activities have been carried out for many years,and a certain number of schools have won the title of "national youth campus football characteristic school" every year,but there are still many problems in the process of its development,mainly due to the lack of timely and effective supervision and evaluation of the implementation effect of campus football.Therefore,it is of great significance to build the evaluation system of the implementation effect of Jingzhou campus football characteristic school.On the basis of reading a large number of documents and documents issued by relevant national departments,this paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,Delphi and mathematical statistics to construct the evaluation system of campus football characteristic school(1)The construction of Jingzhou campus football characteristic school implementation effect evaluation system should follow the guiding principle,scientific principle,comprehensive principle and operational principle.(2)Through the research method of two rounds of expert consultation and interview,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the implementation effect evaluation index of Jingzhou campus football characteristic school and selects the evaluation index,and finally determines that there are 4 first level indexes,11 second level indexes and 35 third level indexes.The first level indicators are: organization and management,resource investment,teaching and training and foreign exchange.(3)AHP is used to calculate the weight of each part of the evaluation index.The weight of the four first level indexes is 21% for organization and management,32% for resource investment,30% for teaching and training,and 17% for foreign exchange.The weight coefficient of resource input is the largest,which shows that the construction of football field facilities and the allocation of sports equipment are the key factors to promote and popularize campus football activities.According to the above conclusions,the corresponding suggestions are put forward(1)In the construction of campus football characteristic schools in Jingzhou City,we should implement the requirements of various indicators one by one and improve their own development.(2)The development of campus football in Jingzhou school with campus football characteristics should focus on the construction of education and teaching,the construction of teaching staff and the management of organization and leadership.(3)After evaluating the implementation effect of campus football,schools in Jingzhou City focus on improving the aspects with low scores,and keep the projects with high scores,so as to make the campus football project develop better.
